Have a look at this: Enterprise Digital Signage Software that?s FREE | Rise Vision - I've been using it here for a couple of months and it's good and free (replaced Xibo).

We use estream, it has the best digital signage that I've used (by a mile) and also does tonnes of other things

Using mediasignage here, never actually looked at any others as i've just used the same one since the beginning. Does a good job though
