    Try to make this work on Chrome..... plugin is installed, extension is installed, java is enable for Chrome... but no joy.... basically never passes the plugin test....... Works on IE, but with IE nearing end of life... trying to move forward....

    We use a powershell script and host images on school website.

    Try putting them into recovery mode... Press and hold Esc + Refresh , then press Power.

    We use a NAS box for this, works well. Connect to Domain, map a drive to the workstations.

    Same issue here, CC4 here as well caused by version 97 of Edge..... call logged as well with RM.

    We blocked them a few years ago, do this via our Anti Virus product, a few moans at the start.... we then showed them the advantages of cloud storage......

    Hi If you mean Power apps such as the full versions of Word, PowerPoint, Excel you will need A1 + licences as a minimum, these are included in our agreement, but had to apply for them, you will find treads on here about that process.

    We have seen anti virus software ( Trend Micro ) causing issue with Google Drive for desktop here.

    We use TrendMicro cloud app security, in simple terms link to office 365 and then scans all email before it is delivered, also scans one drive and SharePoint.

    We have replaced 4 x Dell Chromebooks keyboards this week.... something cleaned them with hand sanitizer.....

    We use to have two rooms of MACS but now have PCs in one and MACs in the other. I am sure we will end up with PCs in both.
