Considering creating an internal knowledgebase with Google Sites. Currently we have self help documents in a SharePoint folder but really wanting to give them their own space as they don't get viewed a lot. Just wondering if anybody else has done this, or uses something different/better? If willing to share your layout or any tips that would be amazing.

We also had this same issue...there were only a few devices affected but I ended up going down the same route as you.

That's really bad. We've relied on Mover to onboard new schools to our main tenant as and when they join us. Looks like we need to find extra funding for this now.

Apologies to revive an old thread...should we as an organisation be force encrypting every single email that our users send? Or educate our users on how to send encryped emails if needed from 365?

Best way of doing this in Intune for all my devices? Also if I wanted to revoke this in the future how easy would that be?

Looking to auto start both Slack and AirServer at logon through InTune. I've had a brief reseach and seems to be powershell and task scheduler is the way to go. Does anyone have any pointers or an idiots guide that I could follow to achieve this? Thanks

We use the basic version of Sign In App for a few of our schools and it's extremely good considering its cost. We run it on a couple of iPads

We use a Form (can use Microsoft or Google) then automate this to populate a Trello Dashboard. Also if you're a Microsoft School you could use Microsoft Lists to create yourself something simple and free?

Just having a look at this again today. We previously used Mover to migrate SPO to SPO between tenants, but this option is no longer available. Found an article from Microsoft to say they are currently developing a SPO to SPO migration tool which is currently in preview. From what I read it looks as though you will have to purchase licenses for this. Can anyone confirm this is the case, and there is currently no free method for migrating SPO to SPO?

Any way in InTune I can set priority of the SSID joined so I can say use the new one first and fallback to the original?

Brilliant...this was my first thought. Suppose I could hide the new SSID as to not cause any confusion until we are ready to decommission the original.

That's great...I think once we go completely serverless and inevitably have a lot more devices on site this is something we will definitely look to implement.
