I've been down that canal! It's great - You go round a corner directly next to the Daresbury Labs and there's a shallow lip that we saw another canal boat run aground on, and we had to help tow them off (God, I've just realised that I did that about 6 years ago... Doesn't feel like it.)

Ah, that might work it! I've scheduled a trace for the last 90 days and will see what happens after the weekend. I thought you had to choose a mailbox to run the trace against, I didn't realise it could be done across the whole domain. Thanks

Unfortunately I'm moving these users (there are only 7 of them) off O365 and onto our larger on-premise Exchange server, and I was hoping to identify any legacy email addresses that are still receiving mail that have been added as aliases to current staff. I suspect a number of suppliers only have old email addresses of people who've left but since O365 seems to work only by the final mailbox it makes it very difficult to determine which aliases are in use. I guess I'll just port them all over, and remove any after a couple of months. Thanks for the help though!

Thanks for the help! That looks close to what I'm after, but that is providing a list of mailboxes that have received mail. I'm looking specifically for the email addresses (including aliases) that have received mail. What I'm after may not even be possible within O365.

Afternoon all, Does anyone know of a way to run a report for Exchange 365 (either GUI or PowerShell) to find out a list of every email address in the tenancy that has received an email in the last 30 days? I'm not that hot with Microsoft 365 so apologies if my understanding is flawed.

Non-school here: We use 3CX and it's been good. We have softphones installed on everyone's PC's (although more difficult for you, as you'll probably need physical handsets in some locations) in conjunction with the mobile apps. Licensing is based on the number of simultaneous calls rather than anything to do with extensions. You can get a free license and try it before you commit to anything. They offer a Linux VM for you, or you can install it on a Windows environment.

I'm trialling BitWarden and Lastpass as replacements for Dashlane. I prefer Bitwarden at the moment as even the free version is probably enough for my needs, and $10/year is far cheaper than the alternative providers.

I have used Sophos Home for about 3 years now. It gives you 10 devices that you can add to your account and manage through a web browser so most of my family's devices are also on there. I do pay the £35 per year fee to upgrade Premium because it lets me use the app to manage them all from my phone, and it adds ransomware protection and a few other bits and bobs. For a password manager I use Dashlane and was very happy with it until this year - they had a desktop program that works great but now they're pushing only having a web browser plugin. They seem to be under the mistaken impression that you only ever need passwords when logging in to websites, whereas I have a lot of game launchers (for example) that all need them. But it does have a mobile app and syncs across well so for now I'm sticking with it. Might look into LastPass because it's the same annual price but I could share it with up to 4 other family members...

It may be marketed at gamers, but honestly my development PC in work would be ideal for it - Chrome hogs so much RAM when I have to search syntax or browse web documentation. Thanks for sharing, I'll give it a shot next week!
