This is a Very Strange one, if it was just on one PC then you could do a station re-build. Can you ping your server from the PC as it could be a switch and only effecting the PC's on that switch?

can you log in as admin to view event log?

It can be wiped remoteley using https://www.icloud.com/ and view its last Location.

Yes this is correct Meraki profile can be removed even if you set a passkey on the Profile, it does send an email to say it has been removed.

On your Ipad check the profile has not been removed also check that installing apps is blocked in restrictions on the Ipad, it should be greyed out . If it looks ok you can remove the profile from the iapd and then delete the apps and then use m.meraki.com from your ipad to add back to meraki and apply the profile.

Hi All ok, so a few months ago we signed up for Apple DEP and its all come through, now we want to add some of our New devices on there, we currentley have them set up but would like to add them to DEP. I go in to manage Device> Choose by Serial number>add serial number>Assign to server then select my MDM(Meraki) click ok and I get the error. the error file is an excel spreadsheet, with the seriasl number and [TABLE=width: 177] [TR] [TD=width: 113]NOT_ACCESSIBLE[/TD] [TD=width: 64][/TD] [/TR] [/TABLE]

Yes another for backup buddy, I have been using it for 10 Years, its easy to use and the support is fab, the restore process on backup buddy is easy also. Backup Buddy:- 1. Does Database and files 2.Set up backup schedules to run backups. 3.Store backup files off-site in a safe, secure location 4.Restore (or move) a website easily. I pay around £100 a year for backup buddy (but I do host a number of websites)

Hi Yes after watching some youtube vids I did get the hang of Xibo and it does the job. VERY Confusing at first until you view some vids even the Documentation didnt help much but its Just what we where looking for. We are using a Acer AspireRevo AR1600 with windows 8.1 embedded for the screen. Thanks again for your help!

Hi We have 4 membersa of Staff in the school office and we keep Pupils Medicine locked in the Office, one of the office staff has asked if there is anyway to set a reminder when the Medicine is going out of date, and let the 4 staff know. I tried google calendar but this did not send a reminder to the 4 staff. We have Sims .net and only 2 of the 4 staff use Outlook the others use web google mail How do you do it in your school?

Hi, We have a TV in Reception that we used to display pupils images and a welcome to our school message ect, I have not had 4 video's land in my inbox this morning from our head who wants them putting on the screen. Currentley we have (Comms Room) XAmp running on a Windows Server 2012r2 (Reception) We have a 32" TV With a Acer Aspire Revo R3600 with a intel Atom Processor. (currentley sounds like a jet taking off and running quite hot) running Linux Cent OS Anyway the Server is running Wordpress with the Digital Signage (Version 3.0) Theme running on it by Nate Jones. Anyway I need to display the Vids, does anyone have any ideas? (Needs to be free or very cheep)

we dont back ours up, all apps are in our Meraki so can be re-installed, any data they need we tell them to Back up to google drive using the google drive app.

Hi We currentley use Sims .net and we have just moved from BT lancashire to Pennine Education Ltd in Oldham We Called them last week to update Sims for us and I thjought they would updrade us to SOLUS3, But when I looked they have just updated our Sims to 7.168 and no Sign of SOLUS3? Anyone else have the same?

Yes we have had a couple of quotes and they have come back at £5-£6 per device, if you had 2 Meraki accounts this would not work, as your Volume Purchase apple id could only be used under one Mareki account. we have had meraki and still use Meraki, Lightspeed and Air Watch and Casper, only just had demo's. i again had the same reaction it was quite expensive per device per year.

Got Stopped by our Head thismorning who is doing the School Newsletter in Publisher 2016. Her Laptop is connected vie HDMI Adapter to a Monotor. When she moves a Image in Publisher it Moves it off the Page to the left corner and it cant be moved back, when the monitor is disconnected and the Laptop Screen is used everyting is fine she is using a Samsung SyncMaster BX2240 screen. Any help Would be great. Kind Regards

It doesn't support both computer connecting onto the internet simultaneously The Hub would have been an option but I only have 2 power sockets 1 for TV 1 for PC We dont have any data points on the side of the wall where the stuff is. Yes 10/100 would be fine. better then the Wifi Speed we are getting
