I think you will find this information current Michael, if you look under the section headed Per Seat Licensing it starts "With Per Seat licensing (sometimes referred to as "Per Device or Per User")". This suggests that there is no difference between Per Device or Per User licensing, therefore when you choose to licence Per Seat you can either buy CALs for your Users or your Devices. The only other method of licensing is Per Server though in a school environment this choice would be unusual?

Yep ISA can block download of content by both mime type and extension, you add a content group to a site rule and deny access. I do not know what there now called under the latest version of ISA I believe there are some changes in the naming of objects.

Can you not just set the printer on the server to draft that way all documents sent there should print as draft. If Staff do not like this when they print then set up another printer pointing to the same physical device not set as draft, you could even give them priority over other users.

Is your DHCP server issueing the required information about the TFTP server? Its IP address? It could be that your TFTP service may not be running?

Have you tried increasing the buffersize using the same named switch. You can set this from 1 - 32kb. This has worked for me when using sis900 NCs, add this switch and increase your buffersize.
