We tried Badminton, and enjoyed it, but never have the time to do it. We got into camping last year, and try to get away once a month in the warmer months, sometimes 2 or 3 times a month (just for a couple of nights each time). It allows us to relax in each others company, and most campsites offer things to try like badminton, rounders, swimming, drinking (lol).

You got a bedroom? That'd be number 1 on my list

That's rubbish, there were far better suggestions made

It does have a NSFW tag - it was posted by Mattx, it's always NSFW!

Just had to drop Allie off at the vets this morning - getting the snip. Poor soul

Yeah - they are meant to be real sticklers for their master, and I would have considered one had it not had the chav badge attached to it. Just had the dog out, and he pee's like a bitch. It looks funny, but is great because he has one long pee instead of cocking his leg at every lamp post. He must have learnt how to pee from his mother hehe. Can't wait to bath him, because it's snowing up here again, and he now has that 'fresh from the kennels wet dog smell' about him. Thing is, it's not very warm to let him dry in the yard if I do bath him so it will have to wait.

Nah, my brother wanted a little terrier. It was shocking the amount of staffies in the kennels. Asked the girl why, and she said once the scallies have paraded them around for a few weeks they get ditched - sickening.

Aye, plenty of that. "Get down off the couch"..... "good boy!" P.S. How did you manage with a pup and a full-time job?

It's strange though, because he won't eat unless we're in the kitchen with him, he won't have a quick wee in the yard unless we're in the yard with him - guess it's going to take a few days/weeks/months to gain his trust that we're still gonna be here when he comes back.

We went with the view to look/walk him only, but it got our heart strings when we saw all the dogs, all seeking some form of love and attention. He went in with his mam, and we wish we could have taken them both, but with us being new to owning a dog it really wouldn't have been suitable. It won't take long for his mam to be snapped up cos she was gorgeous too. I spoke to my younger brother just before, and it turns out he also got a dog from the same re-homing centre an hour or so after us - how is that for coincedence?!

Allie. He was brought in because his previous owners moved house and weren't allowed pets in the new house. He's 2, and I reckon I'm gonna have so much fun taking him up mountains and such.

Been contemplating getting a dog for a number of months now, and have had one eye on the local re-homing centres over that time. Woke up this morning, checked site, and they got a new dog in - a black lab/cocker cross, but we think he has a bit collie in him too. He's absolutely lush, and wanted to share our new family member with you all. He's so calm, and I can't wait to take him camping with us in the summer months.

But then you are up to 6 or 7 weeks behind at the end of the term - that's a whole lot of data

Think @chrbb means that is the bigger one as requested

Couple of questions about Hyper-V based on let's say 1 VM and 2 hosts and a SAN 1) Can the 2 hosts work together on the same VM, or can a VM only be used on one host at a time? 2) Host 1 is working on VM, but host 1 goes down. Can Hyper-V work so host 2 picks up VM and continues working as normal How does the whole VMM thing work? Does it need to be installed? Are the hosts reliant on this machine being turned on? If so, what happens when this VMM fails?

Erm, a link for where it says Real VNC is the most popular, thanks very much!

Got a link for that?

I'm looking for an upgrade to our HP DL360 G5 which provides for an SD card to run an OS (ESX) Is this the part I need? HP 4GB Secure Digital Flash Media Kit (580387-B21) specifications - HP Small & Medium Business products If anybody knows is it a straight forward install?

So 3 x server 2k8 licenses at ~£55 each and ~300 cals at ~£3.70 each? Sounds good. Thanks for the heads up.

How does M$ licensing work? Let's say we have 3 x 2003 servers, and currently have all the necessary cals for our clients to connect etc. But we want to update to 2008 for the servers - do we have to purchase new cals? If so it'll be 300 machines x price per cal. Is that it, or do I then have to multiply that by the number of servers? i.e. is it: a) number of machines x price per cal b) number of machines x price per cal x number of servers Can somebody clarify?

Trade it in for an Xbox 360, and start an XNA developers group with the 360 for testing

Call of Duty - if ever I get stuck on Fallout, or bored of FIFA it's Call of Duty that I fall back to time and time again
