1. Take it you were able to capture a Windows 10 image before?
2. Sorry, yes it was LEA in the end that needed to make a NAT rule on the firewall.
3. I'm using Server 2012R2 with IIS8. It can't be reached. Same thing happens when I try to use the IP address. Firewall is managed by the LEA so it might be a possibility it could be the firewall. These are the DNS i've added into the webhosting page:

DNS Entry Type Destination

remote A School's public IP Address

I don't know if this is correct. It's my first time setting up this type remote access. The firewall is managed by the LEA, so I'll contact them tomorrow to get further information about this.
4. Having a strange with getting RDWeb accessing externally. Internally it works fine, however when I try to access the webpage externally it just comes up as the site can't be reached. I've added the external IP address of the domain to the dns in the webhosting page and imported a signed SSL certifcate from godaddy. It might be a simple thing that might need adding but I just can't think what else might be causing this issue. Has anyone else came across this issue before? Thanks Matt
5. Happy New Year everyone!
6. Hi All, I'm having problems trying to open attachments on the iPad. When I try to open an attachment like word, it will automatically close the mail app. When I try to download an excel file, it will stay at "Tap to Download". I have removed the exchange account from the mail app several times, restarted and closed the app. Still having the same issue. The iPad has got the latest updates and OS installed. Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks, Matt
7. Did my first Muay Thai training session today! Enjoyed doing something different, but my body going to be sore for the next couple of days! Anyone else does Muay Thai?
8. Was it this one?
9. Does anyone host there own ticketing system? If you do, which ticketing system do you use? Looking into installing osTicket on a test environment to trial, either on a internal server or on a web hosting server. If anyone uses osTicket, how have you got it set up? Thanks, Matt94
10. Have you got the SP2 installed for Microsoft Office 2010? If not, you can download it from here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2687455
11. Had a similar problem to this. In the end, we got the printer company and the PCounter to both have a look at the issue and it was something to do with the port setting on one of the printers.
12. You could share the calendar with another account and display it on a TV. Then have it auto refresh every 5 - 10 seconds so it doesn't need any user intervention to update it.
13. I've been having similar problems where random computers would stop printing to any HP printer. I've tried restarting the print spooler several times only for it to work for a day and then it stops printing again. When this first started to happen, I would re-image the machine every time the computer would stop printing. After some testing, I took a machine off the domain, installed the upd-pcl6-x64-5.8.0.17508 driver, put machines back on the domain again and it started to print again. Matt
14. Couldn't you create a new account and copy the profile path from the old account into the new account?
15. Hi guys, I was wondering if someone could help me with this strange SIMS problem. When a user produces an invoice on SIMS, it converts the currency from pounds to dollars. I have tested this users account on three different computers and it happens on all three computers. When another person uses the three tested machines, they can produce invoice in pound currency. Thanks, Matt
16. @MortyT I've created a new profile and cleared the credentials manager. Still getting the windows security popup. @free780 We don't use a proxy to get to the exchange server. @bald_pig I tried your way today, click the "remember" box, restarted machine and logged in again with the same user and I still get the windows secuirty popup. Thanks everyone that has helped me to try and fixed this. It's bugging me because I haven't seen this type of issue before with outlook.
17. MordyT, The password does work in OWA and I have tried to setup a new outlook profile but the Windows Security box keeps coming up.
18. RichB, The user did change their password two day's ago. I've installed SP1, and restarted the machine and I'm still getting the same issue. I forgot to mention, we use Outlook Web App, but the user wants to still use Outlook for her emails.
19. Hi guys, I'm having a strange problem with Outlook 2010. When a user logs into outlook, they are prompted with a windows security message box. They enter their email address, password and click enter. When they click enter, it processes the credentials and the same windows security message box comes back up again. I have tried three different accounts and they are having the same problem. I have re-installed outlook, moved the PC into the IT Office, gave it an static IP address and still having the same problem. Has anyone had this issue with outlook before? Thanks Matt
20. Has anyone had any success with trying to deploy an image with this? We have just got the HP Pro 600 G1, and trying to deploy an image to it but we are getting this error message PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_153A&SUBSYS_18E7103C&REV_04
21. Hi Guys, I was wondering if anyone has encountered this problem. When a student open an attached document from their email, edits the document and only clicks saves. It automatically goes to the C drive - application data folder. Is there anyway of changing the default location through group policy? So when a student opens the attachment, edits the document, click saves. It goes straight to their home drive instead of the Application data folder? Thanks Matt
22. That some nice machines you've got. How much RAM have you got installed? I was able to get in contact with one of their technicians after one of our teachers contacted their sales team about something. If you PM with your email, I'll be able to send the installation guide.
23. PTC Support has been pretty good to me, fixed some of the issues I was having. If you go onto PTC community, they are more likely to help you out. I managed to get the full installation guide off them if you want that? What spec are your machines that are running Creo?
24. @talwood_6 I've just installed Creo 2.0 Academic Version in the holiday on 31 machines. It took me about 5-7 minutes in total on each machine setting it up. You don't need to turn off the AV to install it as I have installed it with the AV on and its fine. There were some problems with the software like it was displaying some of the teachers machine and some servers in "Network neighbourhood" and when I started to run the software it was reporting an error with the software but manage to fix these.
