About Matty94

1. Take it you were able to capture a Windows 10 image before?
2. Sorry, yes it was LEA in the end that needed to make a NAT rule on the firewall.
3. I'm using Server 2012R2 with IIS8. It can't be reached. Same thing happens when I try to use the IP address. Firewall is managed by the LEA so it might be a possibility it could be the firewall. These are the DNS i've added into the webhosting page:

DNS Entry Type Destination

remote A School's public IP Address

I don't know if this is correct. It's my first time setting up this type remote access. The firewall is managed by the LEA, so I'll contact them tomorrow to get further information about this.
4. Having a strange with getting RDWeb accessing externally. Internally it works fine, however when I try to access the webpage externally it just comes up as the site can't be reached. I've added the external IP address of the domain to the dns in the webhosting page and imported a signed SSL certifcate from godaddy. It might be a simple thing that might need adding but I just can't think what else might be causing this issue. Has anyone else came across this issue before? Thanks Matt
5. Happy New Year everyone!
6. Hi All, I'm having problems trying to open attachments on the iPad. When I try to open an attachment like word, it will automatically close the mail app. When I try to download an excel file, it will stay at "Tap to Download". I have removed the exchange account from the mail app several times, restarted and closed the app. Still having the same issue. The iPad has got the latest updates and OS installed. Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks, Matt
7. Did my first Muay Thai training session today! Enjoyed doing something different, but my body going to be sore for the next couple of days! Anyone else does Muay Thai?
8. Was it this one?
9. Does anyone host there own ticketing system? If you do, which ticketing system do you use? Looking into installing osTicket on a test environment to trial, either on a internal server or on a web hosting server. If anyone uses osTicket, how have you got it set up? Thanks, Matt94
10. Have you got the SP2 installed for Microsoft Office 2010? If not, you can download it from here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2687455
11. Had a similar problem to this. In the end, we got the printer company and the PCounter to both have a look at the issue and it was something to do with the port setting on one of the printers.
12. You could share the calendar with another account and display it on a TV. Then have it auto refresh every 5 - 10 seconds so it doesn't need any user intervention to update it.
13. I've been having similar problems where random computers would stop printing to any HP printer. I've tried restarting the print spooler several times only for it to work for a day and then it stops printing again. When this first started to happen, I would re-image the machine every time the computer would stop printing. After some testing, I took a machine off the domain, installed the upd-pcl6-x64-5.8.0.17508 driver, put machines back on the domain again and it started to print again. Matt
14. Couldn't you create a new account and copy the profile path from the old account into the new account?
