Indeed, the officer was a complete idiot, just went straight on his rampage, he could have told me to keep them off when not needed, even though I explained the situation, patchy fog, extreme rain, and trailing spray off every vehicle in front of me. Well it may be a bit low, but the Navy, Army and RAF all have tiered Ranks that increase the pay scale. The higher your rank the more you earn. That £1200 was more than likely a lower ranking member of the forces. Lets not forget their pay is topped up as well. They get paid 24 hours a day, even when sleeping your paid, 365 days a year. They get danger pay as well for the situation they're in. I remember bringing home around £1400 a month after tax/ni/food/accommodation as an SAC, on deployment.

Accommodation is not free, you pay a very subsidised amount for this. Food as well, circa £15 a week for food and around £7 a week for accommodation. From experience.

No food and no housing. Perhaps the hand-out model is the wrong. Sure use social support to support those that at all costs can't and policy that with utter militancy, otherwise, let everyone struggle for the rest. Americans get no where near as much support as the British do, and the same with many other countries. I was born and grew up in South Africa, and we get no such thing, the only support policies are in place to support those that really cant. No free medical care, no handouts. And that's my opinion, if yours is different, than albeit. I've lived in both America and South Africa, and know the differences between worlds, and some work better than others. Forcing people to work, might even fill the low-end jobs only foreign workers are getting, and when asked why only foreign workers are getting them: Because they don't moan about the job, and just get on and do it, if the same applied and you had to work, they'd work.

What non-existent laws. I know many a person pissing around wasting our tax/ni money, and when they are caught. They just cry or do other imaginable things and get away with it. Sure laws are in place, but they aren't that effective and policy the subject in matter is another long story that indeed costs even more money.

I'd be more inclined to scream than pay on that scale. I can work overtime and I do, I no longer work in education, there is plenty of overtime available around 30 hours a week should I need it. I shouldn't have to pay excessive amounts because I actually want to work hard and earn my money the hard way. Not to throw in all those hours and get heavily penalized on it.

Pre Budget wasn't final, more a feeler to see how angry the interweb would get if he suggested it. And as previous said earlier, limiting national debt can be done other ways. I know we have national commitments abroad, with wars and support and the likes, but this can be reduced. Not to mention the yearly national debt to commonwealth citizens, where every government gets 12p per person. This includes all commonwealth citizens; South Africa with a population of 48,687,000 = £5,842,440 a year to support, issue's like these need to be addressed, they wanted independence, they can now have it. 2005 estimate shows Commonwealth population around: 1,921,974,000 which in turn = £230,636,880 a year. Which compared to Cookie_Monsters showing on MOD expenses being in Iraq and Afghanistan comes in just under £2billion. Hell of a cost.

Seem to be waffling around the internet trying to find a half-assed way of accessing a 2000 machine from the core Windows XP network. I know 2000 didn't have this function, however are there any other means to getting it enabled or alternatively another product to access the machine seamlessly. I mean no dialogs or prompts to login and the likes. Anyone have any suggestions?

PrevX are at least 7 years old, they've had various applications on the market, and I've used them for various reasons of the users, never had a reason to distrust them. They had a system manager that would control every hook, call and application made and ask for authority to continue, this was invaluable when determining what a program actually did and what it referenced, many people still use it to this day.
