Hi All, I am trying to run a report using command line reporter that needs an effective date supplied. I cannot seem to get this .bat file to work at all. Here is my bat file : cd "C:\Program Files (x86)\SIMS\SIMS .net" commandreporter /USER:USERNAME /PASSWORD:PASSWORD /REPORT:"Booking System Export" /output:"C:\Scripts\sims-bookings.XML" /param:"EffectiveDateDate26/04/2016 00:00:00" Here is the output that i am getting : Any ideas where i may be going wrong ? I thought I would share my recent experience of sims.net performance issues. I have just migrated our sims.net to SQL2014 which seems fine. We started having users unable to login or very slow at peak times. I contacted capita and was given a couple of housekeeping tasks to do but the issue was still there. I decided to disable all of our extra exporting to other platforms to see if that would help. So I disabled group calls xporter and sims.net started to run as it should with no performance issues, I have contacted group call and it turns out that one of the reports on one of the jobs was taking too long to run and bringing sims,net to a halt. Might be worth disabling any other systems to link in with sims,net to see if it improves performance, I have since ran a reindex patch that seems to have sorted the issue for now.

We have an alert system, staff click and it pops up an alert up to on call members of staff.

We have 128gb in all of ours with plenty of room left

We use osticket. It's free and we have it setup as a school help desk with several departments. It support, site staff , reprographics. Each department have their own list of tickets and email address that people can email to log a ticket. It works like a dream !

We use WordPress sat on an internal iis web server. Works like a dream !

Most of our site is ssd here , we love them !

It's amazing once it's working. adfs wasn't too bad to get setup either

Hi Guys, Thanks for your help. I was able to use smart links to achieve SSO internally. It works brilliantly even with external systems that authenticate using O365 !

Cheers guys, I'll take a look at them both we also use a system called class charts that you can login with o365 . Is there a way I could set that up with the web proxy to log straight in ? Currently it does the same as o365 and just asks for email

HI Guys, I have deployed Office 365 using ADFS and Dirsync. I am trying to achieve SSO with O365. I think i am nearly there but the current situation is this : Users navigate to https://login.microsoftonline.com/ to login to office 365 They enter their email and get redirected to our ADFS and signed in automatically. Have i missed anything so users don't have to enter their email ? They don't have to enter their password as it redirects to our ADFS and signs them in but i would like to remove the email entering step. Cheers

I've just setup direct access and it works perfectly , staff can work on their laptop as they would in school

We had to setup static routes on our web servers so people on our guest wireless could access them. That was only because our guest wireless runs a 172.16 scheme and our lan is on 10.82 .

Thanks, I have done a GPO modelling test and it shows that the user policies should be getting applied but on the windows 10 machine when i run gpresult it doesn't even show the group policy at all. Surely if the modelling test comes back okay it should be getting applied?

I have an ou with computers in with "windows 10 machines policy" (with only computer config) applied to the machines that works. I've then got a users ou with a "windows 10 user policy" applied to the users (with only user configuration) that doesn't work. If I link the user gpo to the machine ou it works, but that's no good because every user that logs into that machine will get the same settings.

Hi Guys, I am on the process of setting up windows 10 GPO and successfully set up WMi filters. i have a problem at the moment where the machine policy has been applied using my WMI filter. when i attempt to apply the user GPO using the same WMI the gpo doesnt get applied. When i do a GPRESULT i can see the WMI for the machine policy has worked but i cannot see the user policy in the list at all. I would have thought to have seen it with a denied state or something. But nothing. Has anyone had this before? Would this have anything to do with Group Policy Loopback ? Cheers

Hi, Did you get anywhere with Web application Proxy ? I have tried to publish exchange 2013 but i cannot get it to work. Have you managed to publish any other applications using this ?

Hi Guys, I have been able to sort this issue by putting it on its own server and now the status of everything is green. However when the laptop is at home the direct access just says " Connecting" Is there anyway of troubleshooting this. Thanks

HI, Sorry for digging up an old thread, i am trying to run a report using the command line reporter. I have the Param file but i need to specify the data as todays date. How do i do that? I can see where i can enter a date but i need it to be the date or run time. Thanks

I have just tried to create a new certificate with the correct subject name and it still does not work. Any ideas? Thanks

Hi Guys i am trying to setup direct access and always get the following issue on setup Error: The subject name of the network location server certificate does not resolve correctly. Ensure that the name resolves to the IP address of the internal network adapter of the server. Has anyone had this issue before and been able to resolve it? Thanks
