Hi All, I am using Apple Configurator Version 1.7.2 (560) to prepare, supervise and deploy apps to iPads. All of a sudden I started to get issues when refreshing iPads. It comes up with a error message "unable to send ClearPasscode command to device". I do not have any passcodes on the ipads. Any help in the right direction will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance....

If you have the latest driver and firmware, if would look at the cables (power and USB). I had an issue and it was the cable in the past.

Is that two different software for the WebcamViewer? I have downloaded the software mention by Joanna in the above thread using the link given. I have checked the software interface and it doesn’t have the manual focus ring and it doesn’t auto focus when I put something underneath it. I have inserted a picture below.

Thanks for that. I have downloaded the software and it works, but the problem is everything is blurred. Is there no way of focusing with this software as the visualiser has no focus button. Do you know of any other software I can download to use?

Hi, I am having issues with the TTS easy view visualisers. One minute they were working the next they stopped. I was told that after a windows update they stopped working. I am using Windows 8.1 and 10. When I launch the TTS software it comes up with a blank white screen. When it does work it picks up the on board camera instead of the TTS easi-view visualiser. I have tried disabling the on board camera but then when I come to launch the software the laptop crashes (Blue screen). Whenever the option of selecting the TTS easi-view is available nothing happens when I select it. I have checked device manager and the laptop has picked up the TTS easi-view visualiser. The visualiser is old so I don’t think TTS still sell them. I have checked their website for updated software but no luck. I have tried software for a newer model of the TTS Easi-view but that crashes the system when I select it. The Model number for the easi-view is EL00052. When I checked the Windows updates there is nothing there that is obvious, majority of the updates are for MS Office, adobe acrobat reader DC, MS Sliverlight, MS Visual C+ and a few Microsoft Windows updates. Any help towards the right direction would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hi All, I have come to discover today that In Word 2013 you cannot add New Comment in a Text Box. I have read up on that you could convert the text box into a frame but that changes the settings. Is there any other way to overcome this problem?? Thanks in advance.... Harry

Hi All, I have a promethean board, when I try to write in active inspire it is spiking. When I try to calibrate the board I have to put force on the +. The Firmware is V3.29 Build 5, Driver Version is V5.8.46.3. I am using windows 7 OS. I have installed the latest version on Active Inspaire v2.5.66477 still the same issue. Thanks. After the driver update the projector and laptop working fine. But now when I open PowerPoint 2013 and use presentation mode the laptop loses connection to the projector. The projector comes up with a message out of range. This only happens in presentation mode and not in normal mode in PowerPoint. Hi Michael, I have tried changing the resolution but the only one that it works with is 1280 x 720, but the issue there is some of the items on the screen do not fit. Is there anything else I can do to resolve the issue?? Thanks in advance. Harry

Hi, I have a Fujitsu A514 Laptop running Windows 8.1 OS. In the class room the laptop and promethean projector work fine. But when I try to use the laptop on another projector it does not work. I cannot tell what projector it is as it is in a cage in the hall. I have double checked the drivers and they seem to be up-to-date. Display adapter is Intel® HD Graphics Family. I have changed the source settings on the projector but still no luck. Any suggestions are welcome..... Thanks in advance.

Is that Google App for Education Account you are referring to that is free? Also do I install https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...agent&hl=en_GB on a laptop to control the Hudls? I have 2 profiles on each hudls, one as Teacher and one a Pupil. These hudls are for the nursery kids and the issues the teacher are facing with is that each time the kids navigate to something different usually Youtube. I want to disable the use of Youtube on the Pupil profile and lock it down so they only have access to certain apps. Thanks

We bought 10 Hudl 2 last year. They have been such a pain, battery don't last. if you fully charge them and switch them off to save battery, then when you put them on the battery is dead. I am finding them hard to lock them down. Is there anyway to lock them down?? I would be grateful if you could share some info.. Thanks

Hi, I am currently using ActiveInspire version 2.4.66096 and I have no shapes. I have checked in settings - commands tab and the Shapes icon is greyed out. Any reason why this is like that? On previous versions it did work. Is there a way to fix this issue or import shapes? I hope to hear from you soon. Harry

It was that driver the laptop doesn't like so I have used a universal driver and it works now. Thanks for that anyway.

I am trying to connect to a network printer with a Windows 8.1 Pro laptop. When I try to connect the laptop as a network printer I get the following message: "Windows cannot connect to the printer. Operation failed with error 0x00000006". I am trying to connect to a Ricoh Aficio MP301spf printer. I have another same laptop but it installs fine on that. When I try to connect printer to laptop via USB I get the following error: "Unable to install printer. The handle is invalid". I have checked online and none of the solutions I have come across work. I would appreciate any help. Thanks

Hi All, I get this message whenever I open a folder that contains video files that I have downloaded from iPads. Message is "COM Surrogate has stopped working". When I try to play the video file it says windows media player has crashed. It does play with VLC player. Then the folder automatically closes each time I open it.. I have checked online but no luck. Any advise is welcome. Thanks in advance..
