Forgive me if I'm wrong as I'm still studying the ccent at the moment, it looks like you only have an outgoing route specified? does your routing table show the incoming routes as you'd expect? another thing is there is no outside to inside NAT specified only an inside nat. not sure if it's correct but maybe somewhere to look.

  5. I had a similar problem with a galaxy s4 on kitkat although I couldn't hear my wife she was put though to someone's voicemail it was also hit and miss as to whether my phone would ring or not. Turns out there was a fault with a mast in the area, O2 said it may have been a crossed connection and assured me It wouldn't happen again.
  6. you could always look at the mac address table for the corresponding port on the switch then look at your dhcp leases to find the name of the pc etc?
  7. we use this one Plantronics CS510A Monaural Wireless Headset (84691-02) - www.misco.co.uk with our Avaya handset in reception needed to buy an adapter cable part #Apv-63(38734-11) it works well and receptionist is happy with it.
  8. you'll need to get the pc to detect it first before any software will help, check the solder joints from the usb connector to the pcb and this is the most common failure

  10. I didn't think biometrics store the fingerprint in a way that can be viewed, printed or reproduced? I think lack of understanding / education causes a lot of problems like this.

  13. it asks you for the data path when you install the client you just put in \\server\share and you're good to go
  14. we put the share on the server then installed the esm server onto the exam organisers pc. fairly straight forward without any problems.

  18. you can change the settings to reduce the number of cached logons heres the info Interactive logon: Number of previous logons to cache (in case domain controller is not available) whilst editing the group policy take a look here too "Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates/System/User Profiles" you can set it to delete roaming profiles when they log off.

    DVD Copying

    we had to do around 800 with images printed onto the dvd's over a month or so got the cases from here Single BLACK DVD 14mm Storage Cases - 100 BOX we just had a couple of pc's on the office set to burn and swapped the discs when they were ejected they were then stuck into the printer that can handle discs. 120 isn't too bad i wouldn't want to do 800 again
  21. we've had a few instances of this, resetting internet explorer from the advanced tab seems to be curing it.
  22. we have lightspeed and have no issues connecting to local printers etc via their ip address in the browser. we have no exceptions for local addresses in internet explorer.
  23. is this one one machine or several? have you tried re exporting the installers just in case they're corrupt?
