thats is exactly the same problem we had. try disabling the antivirus and see if they then send.

ok, we had a problem with mcaffee stopping emails on the server, but may not be that. i'd take a look at the receive connector on the exchange 2010 server under server config/ hub transport. i'd also take a look at the relay settings on exchange 2003.

what antivirus are you using on the exchange server?

we've done something similar although we haven't changed subnets. join the machine to the domain, add the group and disconnect it from the domain. make all of your changes and take an image. when a pc with this image is joined to the domain it still has the local admins group that had been added.

i doubt its the plugs, they won't cause the engine management light to come on, going from experience i'd say its the coil pack (the device that replaced the distributor) these do fail from time to time
