  5. yeah i'd be looking at the switches they are connected to, its possible that the surge tripped a circuit breaker powering the switches

    Driver Advice

    have you installed the microsoft high definition driver here? Universal Audio Architecture (UAA) High Definition Audio class driver version 1.0a available for Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, and Windows 2000 you'll need to install it so xp can support the high definition sound card before installing the real drivers
  17. oops my mistake, just untick the box for using the same address for all of them delete the contents of the gropher settings box and the port number. see if that works
  18. i had some fun with this recently, try unticking the gropher settings box in the group poilcy under proxy settings the newer version of internet explorer doesn't have this. also check there isn't a folder called custom in the internet explorer folder in program files on the computer your testing it on
  19. be careful when doing this as you may end up with all pupils having full access eachothers work
  20. i'd take a look at line 2 of the script, can you post it so folks can take a look at it for you?
