is this switch going to be managed on the other subnets? and is it doing any inter-vlan routing? if not you only need to set the ip address for the vlan 20 management interface.by the looks of it the management interface will respond to the .126 address you have assigned without the need to add the .65 address.

you could try going to the properties of the parent folder and browsing the previous versions.

I've used VLAN tagging on an Intel card whilst I was doing my Cisco CCENT with windows you go to device manager, and the properties of the card you set the vlans there, it creates virtual nics and you configure them as normal. Don't forget if you are tagging the VLANS on the pc you'll need the ports on the switch to use tagging / trunking too.

what permissions did you remove? if they can get to their folders via my computer then adding traverse may not fix it. have you tried resetting their home directory in active directory?

have you checked they are the owner of the folders? you might want to add the traverse/ list folder contents right to the (root of the shared folder only) for the students group so they can get to their folder.

Try copying the file in the folder to the machine with the problem from one that works C:\ProgramData\Discover

We had the same issue, it was never resolved. Even swapped out the pc in question and it still happened. The funny thing is with each update the problem would jump to a different user within Sims. logging on as a different Sims user on the same pc and it didn't crash the problem seemed to be caused by opening lots of staff / pupil records one after another (just like when you're arranging cover) once it had crashed it was ok for a while then it would do it again.

Have you tried resetting the advanced settings under internet options / advanced tab?

we've used both. used to have PMP now moved over to Papercut and find it much more useable.

We used it for a couple of years but it wasn't worth what it cost, The school went back to using Sims for behaviour.

yes ie11 has issues with some sites like this including the crb checking site. adding it to the compatibility view list fixed it for us.

add the website to the compatibility settings and you should be fine. ie11 breaks a lot of websites like this
