Promethean IWB not going up or down
tomazzotta replied to tomazzotta's topic in Promethean Direct Support
thanks for the reply.. the boards are over 5 years old now so doubt there be under warranty. but will give them a call if no one else has had this issue first -
Hi, we had an issue with one of our IWBs not going up or down. it looked like it was down to the power brick that is at the back of the board. so I took the power brick from a different IWB and it worked for about 5 seconds then stopped working... so I put the power brick back onto the other board and now I have two that wont work! any ideas? thanks

i removed flicks as mention above - teacher still told me he had issues but seems to be ok now so will monitor! thanks for the replies
