Yes, it will copy the formatting AND the contents, but from what you stated earlier I thought you wanted the contents copied across where they are formulas. I realise it will also copy entered data but this can then be deleted / overwritten.

Try this method (as shown here) '~~> Set your range Set rng = .Rows(ActiveCell.Row) '~~> Copy the range rng.Copy '~~> Insert the range rng.Insert Shift:=xlDown

If you use the command Insert Shift:=xlDown this will insert any copied cells and move the rest of the worksheet down. This will include formulae and formatting.

I think wavering UKIP support and the turnout of the "shy Tory" vote will see the Conservatives get nearer 290 seats rather than the 275 most are predicting; the mood is very similar to the '92 election where Major won to the surprise of many. If some of the senior Lib Dem's in Scotland and London can hold their seats then there might just be enough for another Con-LD coalition supported by the DUP. Labour will have fewer seats than the Tories but they will have to tread extremely carefully after Miliband's robust "we will not co-operate with the SNP" comments - if they don't succeed in creating a strong coalition the backlash could be as devastating as the tuition fees backlash has been to the LD's I too believe there will be another election before the full term of this parliament - and if Labour annoy the electorate we could see a majority Conservative government next time around.

I'm not sure what you mean - motions of confidence / no confidence are tabled and the house votes; a la Maggie & Jim in '79

Section 2 of the Fixed-term Parliaments Act allows for early dissolution and General Election if there is a vote of no confidence or if 2/3rds of the MP's decide we need one. So we could see a drawn out, lame duck parliament but I suspect we would get a no confidence vote pretty sharpish if that happened.

I know that any Grade 6 and above music qualification will count in the official stats so we have trawled the school looking for those little darlings who will gain us a few extra points but this has raised a question; what is the cut-off date for achieving that qualification? I ask this because there are several pupils with Grade 5 qualifications who may be going for Grade 6 in the near future, but we have no idea what time restrictions we have on this. Do we need them to achieve before they go on study leave, or before they complete their GCSE's, or before the end of term or before the start of the next academic year? Does anyone have any idea?

Oh, *they* know alright - your electoral register number is written on the counterfoil of the ballot paper and through that it can be checked. This is unlikely to be detected at the time but if someone got wind that your daughter had voted twice the facts could be checked retrospectively. There's nothing other than input info showing when I press the info button but it definitely seems like shop mode as it returns to exactly the same volume every time (as well as HDMI input and no TV channels) It's about 5 years or so old. Well, after searching for the correct reset code I finally managed to get to the reset option, but even that is not resolving the problem. As soon as the TV switches back on it is exactly where it was before rather than going to the install menu. I guess there is something wrong with the EEPROM; off to the TV repair man I guess

I have a Samsung TV at home that for years has refused to retain its settings. I've tried all the "Shop Mode" fixes I can find through Google but none of them seems to work. For ages this has not really been a problem as the telly has just been a dumb screen in the lounge hooked up to a BT box. However, now I want to move it to another room where it will need to stand-alone. It won't retain channels, volume, picture setting, nothing...... Has anybody got any bright ideas where to look next?
