I used to get 17mb on ADSL2 but I lived opposite the towns BT building. Funny thing that when they changed the whole town to Fibre, the 5 houses on our street couldn't et it as they didn't upgrade the bits at the main hub.

All hosts have 64GB ram but in total all the VMs will use more than that. Like you said though realistically they won't all be down at the same time

Just HyperV clusters hosting all VMs.

So I have 8 servers in a blade. 6 are identical in spec and the other 2 are slightly different. Currently I have them setup as 4 Failover clusters but am wondering if this is best? Should I just have one big cluster of all 8 servers? What do people think?

Just migrate to a new DC. If your concerned about the historic issues then look at recreating all OUs and GPOs from scratch so you know nothing old is lurking. Or try and fix the issues with existing GPOs

Go on the properties of the application and it will be in there somewhere

Applications will have a list of supported OSs including architecture. Check to ensure the application isn't set to only install on x86
