  4. Winner> Wheee, look at him go
  5. A little old, but i just remembered these and thought i'd share for those who hadn't had the pleasure An linebacker is hired by a company to improve productivity... YouTube - Terry Tate Office Linebacker Click me for all the videos (good quality)
  6. Pfft, he's a wannabe. I'm available weeknights except Thursdays.
  7. I give you two camel. Ok, three. No more!
  8. I agree with you to a point Bendy. I'll happily admit to having little time for self-pitying emo monkeys, but we see lots of potential go to waste all around us - James Dean, Hendrix, Cobain (and to an extent The Winehouse, although i wouldn't agree...) - for whatever reason, self-inflicted or not. There's a point where "oh get a grip for f*ck's sake" stops working and proper mental health issues are evident and need professional attention. I won't pretend to understand it all, but he - and many others - appears to be affected, which is a bloody shame. Yeah, he may have had too much too soon like may other footballers/pop stars/etc etc, but he obviously wasn't able to deal with it all or manage it all very well
  9. article here This makes me truly sad. Another depressing story of genius laid to waste. He was an awesome footballer in his heydey, and his goal against Scotland at the European Championships where he dinked it over two Scottish defenders and rifled past Goram is still one of the best goals i've seen. To go from the dizzying highs of representing your country and playing club football at the highest level to seeing the shell of a man we see today is saddening:(
  10. Yer, i doubt boycotting those two will do much. Where do Tesco, Morrison's, Asda and Sainsbury get their petrol and diesel from?
  11. Well you wouldn't want an amateur one...
  12. You can be very specific about who gets what for folders and files. Right click on a folder and choose Properties. Click on Security tab then hit Advanced. Choose an entry (either user or group) and hit Edit. In here, you can allow them more (and very specific) control over what they can do, and the setting of permissions etc. Test with a test account first perhaps, and be careful not to allow too many rights, just the ones they need. @Steve: Interesting. Do you find this method of delegation works ok? Do people remember to update as and when req'd?
  13. This might be of use RE: cookies
  14. How often is it rebooted? How many services (Exchange, IIS, etc) is it running? What kind of profiles are you using?
  15. "so explain it again - is this one small or far away...?"
  16. Oh and also, who are you all supporting for Euro 2008? And don't say "whoever's playing England", we'll have them upon us with pitchforks as soon as you can say "1966"
  17. Welcome aboard Kenny, are you in Education IT?
  18. Can i point you all in the direction of 80scartoons.co.uk for all your nostalgia needs
  19. Had a dig about online, couldn't find a non-dodgy looking download for it (loads of warez and cracks, etc). As previously offered, i also have various DW installers that'll give you a trail version to play with for a short term quick fix.
  20. I currently use Web hosting and domain names at 4UHosting.co.uk (using shared) and Dedicated Server | Dedicated Hosting | Dedicated Servers | Melbourne.co.uk (using dedicated) Both been awesome throughout. Two different horses for very different courses (and different price tags). Melbourne may be out of the equation instantly, as they're mostly dedicated. PM for more details if need be.
  21. http://newsimg.bbc.co.uk/media/images/44692000/gif/_44692259_english_premiership_466.gif article here Slightly alarming reading perhaps. It seems to be happening up and down Britain; the home nations' talents being diluted by a plethora of quick fix foreign signings, money perhaps better spent on nurturing and developing the talents of our own youngsters. Might get a few chavs off the streets too... A system similar to Spain's La Liga, which restricts the number of non-europeans eligible to play, may be one solution to curb the influx. What would you do?
  22. Also repped, i love teh lolcats. Belated edit: Thought i'd seen faildogs before - just spent a good 10 mins roffling my way through those - awesome!!

    PHP on IIS 6

FastCGI for IIS 6 claims to be a reliable and scalable PHP solution for IIS. This is for Server 2003; it comes bundled with Server 2008. Anyone tried it yet?
