  1. Battlefield Play4Free Welcome - Battlefield Play4Free - Free FPS Online Action! SimRaceway Simraceway
  2. We have around 20 of these in our school now, with the first being installed just before Summer. They do have a nice wow factor with the kids AND prospective parents, but they are very expensive for what they are. We have the 60" models and they weigh 15 stone so require a sturdy solid wall to mount them onto.

  4. Made by Bungie for the Mac well before Halo reared it's ugly head.
  5. Our school is open and I am going to fight, punch, kick, headbutt and bite my way through the picket-line if there is one.
  6. My finance's mother is a highly cultured middle aged lady with a Masters degree in English and yet once you get started on the toilet jokes, you can't stop her from laughing uncontrollably!
  7. Yawn. You have a right to your own opinion but please don't tell me what I am and am not allowed to find funny.
  8. Sorry, but sense of humour has nothing to do with intelligence. I personally find his jokes hilarious - in fact it is generally highly inappropriate or incredibly non-pc jokes that make me laugh the most! I cannot help it, it is the way I am made.
  9. Morning Guys and Girls, Can anybody recommend a good free Windows based wmv to DVD conversion application? I know a quick search throws up thousands of them but I don't currently have time to install all that spyware! Any recommendations would be much appreciated. Pete
  10. Mate, as a fully qualified Skill At Arms Instructor I would not recommend you to display your firearms to anyone at home, under any circumstances. The fact that you own a Firearms License should mean that you know better.
  11. Nope. Not really.
  12. The salary seems very low to me.
  13. I put a good word in for LUNS Ltd in Lancaster - either Scott Daniels or Robin Williams. Both are extremely experienced network engineers and I shouldn't imagine any problems would be beyond them: www.luns.net.uk
  14. I am clearly mega-switched on today. Brain fart!
  15. Or perhaps I am just soft! (quite possible)
  16. Lol it must have been recent then Pete
  17. Which FOBs have you been to? Mine have been right s***-holes! Pete
  18. Agreed Drop_Box, life at a FOB or even at a large base like Bastion does not have that level of comfort!
  19. Mostly, yes.
  20. Could be anything, even interference from a dodgy power supply. I used to work for a Telco and we were once contacted by OFCOM because some BBC customers had been complaining of very poor reception in the local area around a telephone exchange. It turned out to be one of our 12volt plug-in power supplies to an SDSL modem! Neither us nor the OFCOM guy could believe it, but sure enough unplugging it caused the spike in interference to disappear completely.

I loved Fallout 3 also and only recently purchased Fallout: New Vegas. It was a worthy purchase. I have sunk 35 hours into it already! Great game.
  22. These are all great suggestions. However, I would hope that the school would provide you with the tools necessary to do the job. You should not have buy any equipment yourself.
  23. Cycle and run three to four times a week. Gradually build up your distance so as not to cause injury. The weight will drop off.
  24. Guys you should totally not be wearing geeky t-shirts about town. In fact you should avoid it at all costs! Also, you must do anything, absolutely anything to avoid telling the truth to any potential female interest on a night out about what you do for a living. Under no circumstances must you utter the word computer or the letters "I....T". Suggested answers are pilot, naval officer, investment banker, footballer etc. Enjoy
  25. Nothing wrong with part worns. The chap I go to fetches one out of the back, allows me to fully inspect it and gives me a price for it. If I am happy with the quality he goes ahead and balances/fits the tyre. However, I drive a diesel x-reg Rover 75 and economy is my primary concern. If I had a newer, expensive or performance vehicle then I would spend the money on new tyres.
