Started CS50 2017 today. Your scores from the previous years carry over, but you still have to submit the new PSets. Aww man!! Anyone wanna join me? -
Netsupport School installation.
Joanne replied to nicholab's topic in Network and Classroom Management
Give their support team a call. They helped me set it all up on the server side after I had issues with the installation. You probably want to start with the server first, then deploy the agent. -

When I was at school it used to make my teeth shine, but not so much now. Maybe I need to give up coffee and tea!

This series of Top Gear > TGT in my opinion. TGT is too scripted and they are becoming caricatures of themselves.

I've got a few laptops here blue screening with the error: video_dxgkrnl_fatal_error They have Intel HD Graphics 3000 onboard cards. I fixed the issue by booting into safe mode (hold shift when clicking restart), logging on as a local user, going to device manager, uninstalling the display adapter and deleting the driver software. I'm assuming it's a dodgy driver update, but I couldn't get it to update the driver in normal Windows, it would just bluescreen. Anyone else had this?

Thinking of ringing the dentist and finding out how much teeth whitening is. Anyone ever had it done? Anyone got any horror stories of the home kits? I've seen a few about visits to unregulated salons! http://metro.co.uk/2016/06/14/girl-ends-up-with-third-degree-burns-after-teeth-whitening-treatment-goes-wrong-5943584/ https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2006/nov/13/comment.charliebrooker

I've been looking at CCTV this last week or so. I've used this company for something else before and they were good for chatting to before buying. They sell Hikvision and Ubiquiti IP CCTV - 4Gon Solutions

I didn't think that SSDs had SMART? Am I wrong?

Mine came with a 5 year warranty, so will be interesting in years 4 and 5 to see how they repair them!

it sounds like when the toner cartridge is giving toner to the drum it may be putting too much on. If there was anything on the transfer belt it would have gone onto the blank page. Perhaps you do have a faulty batch of carts? Are they originals? I've had endless issues in the past with compatible cartridges and stay well away from them in colour printers.

With my experience of lightspeed and colleagues experience of RM one thing to consider... Reporting is much more comprehensive with Lightspeed than it is with Safetynet. -
[android] 4G Smartphone on a budget - Recommendations?
Joanne replied to Dos_Box's topic in Mobile Devices & Tablets
I'd look at second hand. The HTC One M9 is approaching 2 years old, so I imagine there will be a few of those coming up. They are on the latest android nougat and are still quick. -
My SSL got switched on today. GPO doesn't want to apply to the machines. PAC file won't work - http://pac.education.btlsl.co.uk/cleo.pac All in all... bit rubbish! The e-mail from BTLS said, "Sorry for the delay Joanne, just got some feedback from a meeting internally on this issue. We are investigating the issue, that would seem to be due to a change made by Lightspeed at the end of last week. As soon as we have some more information we will be straight back in touch." Interesting.
