Who's this with at £230 per month and can you have soft phones as well for remote workers?

We had two other schools ring us to say their parents had seen data of our students/pupils as they recognised the school logo and contacted us to make us aware. I am reporting to the ICO as yet I've not had anything from ClassCharts following regarding the breach despite two emails and a phone call requesting a written response.

We have as yet received no communication despite being affected having received calls from another school informing us their parents/staff could see our students! Very worrying how this was allowed to happen. I suspect Classcharts will be receiving strong words and a fine from the ICO.

Hi, Is it possible to disable 'Guest Mode' at all times and still use 'Device-Off Hours' - we've had reports of students mis-using the 'Guest Mode' functionality outside of school hours. I wasn't aware that this enables itself outside of 'Device Off Hours' - has anyone found a way around this?

We use Arbor and I just have a Custom Report that exports all the Staff, Students and Medical date out to Google Sheets using Live Feed so the data is always up to date as an emergency backup if we ever can't access Arbor.

Hi, Thanks for this - I've gone to the Exchange Admin Centre and I am the global admin and I can only see - Mailboxes, Groups, Resources and Contacts - not the domains section? I see Domains in the top level O365 Admin Console but this doesn't have a setting to turn off Exchange.

Is it possible to switch Exchange off on the Domain?

Hi, We use GSuite and always have done - we have recently added all users to Office 365 as one department wishes to use OneNote/Teams to create project portfolio's. The issue we are having is that emails from Microsoft Teams and some other Microsoft Tools such as Microsoft Planner and Bookings are being delivered to the Office 365 Mailbox which is obviously never looked at rather than to the users GMail account - both use the same email address and all our MX records are correctly pointing at GMail. It's only Microsoft emails that are doing weird and wonderful things and ending up on the O365 Mailbox - any ideas on how to resolve this as I've attempted several things to no avail. Dean.

We've just moved to Mosyle and would highly recommend it - we haven't found anything it isn't able to do that we need and at £5 per device it's a bargain!

Hi, the We've rolled out Windows 11 however it seems to have defaulted to English US as part of the build process - how can we roll out an English UK keyboard layout both for users and also at the login screen. I've deployed some registry keys as per the attached - https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/40a3e9f9-f1ed-45cf-9969-95b866ec8f8c/changing-the-keyboard-layout-for-the-computer-and-user-as-a-whole?forum=winserverGP however this doesn't seem to have resolved the issue even following a couple of reboots. I am not sure if i need to deploy the English UK language pack as well first? Any advice welcome. Dean
