    There's a one off cost to buy an MFD licence which is a few hundred pounds, other than that, I don't think its anymore expensive year on year.

    There have been a lot of changes with NextGen which is being rolled out module by module. It certainly isn’t at a standstill. But it’s nowhere near finished.

    No, I’m not aware that they offer that.

    It is usable, I’d say. It does have its issues now and again but for something that is SIMS I haven’t found it that unbearable.

    Sounds like its because you can only have one licence applied to PaperCut so the single licence file will need all the device licences in it. Just ask the main supplier to supply the device licences for all brands and pay them? Or source your PaperCut licences direct rather than via the copier company,

    I’m confused. How does the 14% increase come about. Is that if they don’t renew by a specified date?
