Same here! 'Can you reset Dave's password to password'..... Whos Dave? Surname? Year group? What login do you want to reset? We have staff who dont know who the kids are in their class! I can forgive new staff but some of the old teachers have been teaching these students for years! My favourite is the teacher that emails and you ask one of the questions above. They then dont reply but in their next lesson they email to say 'its still not working'!

In my school I am one of about 5 people still wearing a mask around school. Accidentally forgot my mask going to the pub the other day. As I walked in I was lead straight to a table and had table service all evening. I noticed that people that had masks on could wander anywhere and unless they were eating in the restaurant they didn't have table service. I mentioned it to them as more of an observation and it was because a couple of weeks ago they had four confirmed cases in their staff so took the decision to table service those without masks on when they came in as a control measure.

I don't run an ad blocker and it still happens to me...

We used it for a year as a directive from the Exec Head. When he left we stopped using it. Dont think it was good enough for our teachers.

Contacting Facebook's support might be the first port of call.

Theres a portal, who ever ordered them with the DfE will have been sent a login for it. We ordered two batches and one set of laptops had the incorrect Bios password in the portal and contacting the DfE was a pain. But Edugeek was very helpful

Same but it if two B Smith's then it's full name 21SmithBob 21SmithBill If by chance there are two Bob Smith's then we use the first letter of middle name.

I have the login to the DFE website, the wrong password is in there for the Dell's as stated. Contacted DFE weekly for the last month or so and no response. Its all been resolved now as Edugeek members have PM'd me the correct bios password.

We were given Dell Lattitude 3190 laptops Has anyone else had these and had issues with finding out the bios password? All the other passwords have worked from the DFE website but the Dell's dont. I have tried contacting DFE but no response. Can anyone PM me the bios password? Thanks
