    Why don't you download the Zip file that has the structure of the Exe version. Then you can make a script to copy it over to the machines or I guess it could be ran from a Shared Area. Quote from the website.

    Yes that would work as well. I would call that all the Yr7 students are in the Year of Entry to the school and then you wouldn't have to change the name of the course each year.
