Because you have IIS running. You need to stop that and then XAMPP should display when you go to http://localhost Steve

I would recommend XAMPP as well. I've got it runninf on my machine. I use it for testing things in Joomla & Moodle. Yes XAMPP includes phpmyadmin. Steve

maybe use Smoothwall instead of ISA Server. You could probably use Smoothwall Express, not 100% sure thou. Cheers, Steve

In 1 of the schools that I worked in before, I used to set up exam users.They all had My Doc's folders for the users. I just gave the teacher that was in the room for the exam a list of usernames and passwords and they just logged who was using which username fr the exam. I wouldn't upload work to a webserver with it being exam work. Cheers, Steve
