  1. These devices are produced for individual use with the appropriate security in place, the only way these work for me is to have a single apple id for batches of devices and teaching ones linked to teacher email accounts. We use Meraki and it seems to be fine for the student ones. However, it will never be perfect as they are not designed for this purpose.
  2. That is because men are full of hot air and like blowing their own trumpet?!
  3. Did you get any resolution to this 2097?
  4. We have had issues with these too, no longer supported, internal batteries had it so they need the date resetting to connect to the wifi, some don;t get past the splash screen..
  5. Thanks, Xerox have been a real pain and are all but useless.
  6. I am having issues with this, can't edit the pc settings as it is greyed out, assumed it was a policy, Xerox said it was to be done on all pc's too. Did you get this issue Nathan, It is the 7855 model.
  7. We use the HUE hd cam, small usb powered cam. Fine for what they need and doesn't take up half the desk!
  8. I did the same yesterday on Win 10 and it was fine.
  9. And FYI Farm foods selling 2 boxes of 8 Magnums for £6
  10. See Nature | Observing Nature in your School Grounds | The Bird Box Project | See Nature offer a good service and easy setup. You can stream to their website and view other birdboxes too.
  11. We had issues with connectivity and I tried lots of different things, we are running win7 sp1 32bit and tried 64bit, it turned out to be the uSB power settings in Device Manager, not power options, we had to stop the OS switching off the power. Took ages to find this, it wasn't me either!
  12. The heat comes from the pan but the glass is usually cool fairly quickly, unlike ceramic which takes far linger, it also doesn't radiate the heat other forms of cooking do while standing over the hob.
  13. Combo microwave brill for Jacket pots and pies as the crust stays crispy, also great at Christmas when you need another oven. I had a Halogen once but it wasn't any good for more than two meals, also got very hot and I wouldn't like to use it when grandchildren visit. Now I use an Induction hob and electric oven, great for speed on the hob, better and safer than gas and easy to clean.
  14. We have, they don't, how did you get on Eudora931
  15. I have a One plus 3 and absolutely love it, its fast and responsive, great phone for half the money of the iPhone 6 and higher specs
  16. We are having the same issues with Genee touchscreens, and we use Dell Optiplex 3020 on Win 7 32 bit. The cables are not more than 2 metres. Might be worth trying an active USB cable. However, the older Genee boards we have do not have this issue.
  17. I assume the power works as there is a light on but there are no input modes displayed, should there be? they were also BNIB
  18. I have some of these I have inherited, bnib but I can't get any sound from them, ideas? I have tried all the modes and changed inputs, cc4 win 7 32 bit.
  19. Not sure if this is related but we have lots of these boards and they keep disconnecting, we checked the usb power, updated drivers to version 16, used direct cables, still disconnecting. (Windows 7 sp1 32 bit.)
  20. I am getting similar issues with Office 2013, sometimes the tab disappears, sometimes they can't connect as it says Internet explorer has stopped responding. Very flaky I have to say!
  21. Same here, just about to give it the heave ho!
  22. I have an issue with three Ipads, I can boot them to recovery mode but for the life of me, can't get them to communicate with the mac, I have tried ITunes, Merikai and Apple configurator, just stays on the insert cable screen. What am I doing wrong?
  23. Thanks Phillyrovers, As it is a usb connection the 5.7 driver sorted the issue.
  24. Is there an update on this yet? Still getting default to manual start issues.
  25. Sad end for a huge star in his time
