1. I forgot to mention it's SNMP v2
 2. I also have a pre 2014 vpp account so when trying to upgrade Apple rejected. Will be a very long process to upgrade to School Manager and reading their literature takes you into circles.
 3. Its pretty strange that the same MSI allocated successfully on two clients and now missing these folder structures. I will have to re-create the package again. Thanks for checking and confirming this.
 4. https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B9zVnhc8gQGKcWRBSnZEWHBURWs&usp=sharing I have uploaded the MSI I have. Promethean have said to download their latest V2.6 but just confused as to why its asking for OCX files in a CC4 client and and under a standalone computer that I tried its saying there are missing dlls. Funny thing is I managed to allocated via RMMC and install on 2 clients (laptop and workstation just a month ago). Might have to create from scratch a new V2.6 MSI and then test further.
 5. Thanks Bossman, I have Exported MSI and installed manually and getting the same error so assuming MSI has become corrupted. I have just re-created the MSI and then tried again manually but having the same error. I just cant locate any ocx file that I would assume to be linked with the MSI and there is certainly no System32 folder under the MSI, only a Program files and Common folder so confused as to the identity of the missing OCX file.
 6.

I am allocating Activ Inspire V2.4 onto a CC4 laptop via RMMC. I am getting an error and upon checking the Application logs I can see the following:

Product: ActivInspire v2-- Error 1309. If anyone can provide any suggestions or has had similar experience please reply back. 7. achedgy, what USB cable did you purchase and what length? I might have to order these.
 8. Thanks for your replies. I have noticed that the screens are losing signal when turned on in the morning with the HDMI to DP connected (I am using a Lindy HDMI to DP converter) but if I do connect VGA and USB, I have heard there are lag issues with the pens and HDMI connection is required for touch to work properly. However will try the VGA option. Not sure if 3M cables have been supplied but they seem to be standard USB 2.0 cables. I haven't tried the Active USB cable but any ideas will be appreciated. We got rid of the old Active Boards which had various USB issues only to now be stuck with these new problems.
 9. We have just installed new Active Panels and are using Dell Optiplex 3020 desktop with DP to HDMI connection via converter. The problem we are experiencing is that the touch feature is intermittently working and USB cable does not get recognised when connected to different ports. I have managed to get it working so far by connecting the USB cable to a USB 3.0 port but even with that it is on and off and sometimes need to re-connect it few times for it to recognise. I have installed the latest Active driver and have enabled touch options in Active inspire but I believe its more hardware related than software. Has anyone had similar issues with these Promethean Active Panels? Thanks Sha
 10. Thanks everyone, the stupid question answer is actually No! I forgot RMMC in CC4 only works on the computer it is installed on. Allocating this now. Thanks for that kick reminder to my soggy brain.
 11. Thanks for the very helpful replies, I guess its better just closing this thread and contacting RM support in the end. RDP works and will just use it that way.
 12. I would do if they didn't charge thousands for supporting CC4
 13. I have an admin account apart from systemadmin but the RMMC icon does not show up on the desktop, I have checked registry but cant find a policy that could be blocking this. Has anyone got any ideas on how I could access the RMMC on CC4 in alternate ways if not through the desktop shortcut. Thanks
