Tried CutePDF just before I posted that and it was just a blank PDF file. Tried doing that attached document as 3 pages (copied+pasted it on each) and it was just 3 blank pages. Puzzling..

Just my luck, haha. When you say print to pdf, do you mean something like CutePDF?? Or is this part of the Konica setup?

Hi all, Kudos and MASSIVE thankies to @witch for helping me with the CV , I managed to get a better paid (full-time as opposed to term-time currently, but I can deal with that..... can't I... ) and I start on Monday (13th May).. however I'm feeling the nerves (still got 5 days to go yet, grrr!,) particularly on the "What the heck do I do on the first day?" front. I'll openly admit that my current/first school has been too easy a ride (small junior school, no money/effort being put into IT, routine faults etc.) - not so much a complaint, but a bit irritating when I'm only just starting out and not really moving anywhere or developing the skills - hence why I went looking elsewhere. Anyway asxdghfa, this'll be my second 'proper IT' job and my first time manning the fort by myself (I have a NM at current place.) and obviously I was given a handover, basic list of stuff to get on with and bob's your uncle I blended in. Annoyingly I can't remember what those things were, and this is a newly opened school so I'm the first Technician as well - no handovers SO, TD;DR - Starting a new job, will be all on my todd, what sort of typical things should be done on the first day? Audit? Get used to the network layout? Insert another question here for a worthy-enough list? (I'm a bit worried this makes me sound like I'm a PFY who can't even change a plug, I hope I'm not coming across that way - it's all just a little daunting starting a new job completely on your own and have no documents or anything in place ready to get on with/find my feet.)

Hi all, We have a Konica Minolta BizHub C364 which we're able to print to directly, recently a problem has occured regarding Word (docx) documents. Text boxes do not print out, nor do any text effects (see attached example document.) and it's obviously causing issues for teachers/students that are doing posters etc. - I have looked everywhere but cannot seem to find a solution despite all the 'fixes' out there. I've got the Print drawings/background images and colours boxes ticked, I've been through the Advanced tab and made sure any 'relevant' boxes are ticked but all to no avail. I've also tried numerous drivers, none seem to do the trick. I have resorted to saving the documents as PDFs and printing them, but this only fixes content with text effects added - Text Boxes still do not show in the PDF. Any ideas? I hope I've made sense... HELLO.docx

Unless you go for the blackbox option, 'cheap insurance' doesn't exist for us teenies Try out of the ordinary cars as well as small tortoise-engine cars, you'll find that some bigger/less common cars can sometimes be cheaper to insure. It's just a case of having a lonnnng shop around have you tried LV? They've always been the best deal for my insurance quotes.

CHUFFIN' REBOOTS! Apart from that, that was a good little session I was quite surprised that we only encountered those three people though despite the fact there were at least 10 others as well on the server. Normally delays don't bother me, but the fact that they've given little to no information about the game for all this time and then go and delay the release further after marketing it as Spring 2013 is extremely disappointing. I hope they have a bit of courtesy and give us some more information in return for the delay!
