I'm not sure if Thinstation supports this, it didn't a few years back. May be worth checking, I meant to look into it over half term but ran out of time. edit: I say this as you have been testing thinstation recently and assume you are planning on using it with this!

A few years ago I'd have been all for this, but with increasing fuel costs I tend to drive a little bit slower now to increase the mpg! I have a 1.4 automatic Corsa hire car at the moment (someone drove into the side of my car!) the difference in MPG between 60 and 70mph is quite considerable! As for speed cameras, I haveno objection to by play areas, schools, etc. But on the motorwar I'd ratehr see police catching dangerous drivers

I started with two 30 point courses at level 1 and managed okay. I then did one 30 point at level 2 and it was much more work than the two thirty pointers together! It can depend on the modules you do, on that basis I won't be doing two courses at the same time again in a hurry - just in case. If you're in UNISON you can get 10% off some OU courses, and UNISON do have a small pot of money available as well. I only just found out, after doing 4 OU courses.....

Having recently had an interview (not lucky this time though!) and wondering if I was successful how I would tell the head I can understand the nerves at handing in your notice, when I was moving jobs every year or two it didn't seem a big deal, but after 8 1/2 years it is!

I also had a similar issue, I tried various things, but I believe I resolved this by only having the minimum of drivers during the build i.e. rather than put in a whole load in the hope one works, try them individually! It seems if you have too many it doesn't work........

I started typing something along those lines and then hit some random key combination that sent IE back a page..... My thought on that was that some exams build on the previous question, or have a flow to them so it wouldn't work in all exams, but for those exams that could be done this way it would allow more PCs to be used in a room. But as you say, there needs to be changes to the exam format, it isn't just down to a technological response.

year 7 = 150MB Year 8+9 = 200MB Year 10+11 = 300MB 6th Form = 500MB Staff = 3.0GB I'm always under pressure to increase these quota's (Damn DIDA!!), however if all users used the full quota they already have we'd be well and truly out of space......... Backup - Autoloader drive with 3 x 200GB tapes (compressed). I suspect we'll be needing more tapes soon, ideally we could use a new backup solution but with no budget...........

I can't see it being done any other way, a typical class of 30 PCs has the PCs too close together to use all 30 under exam conditions, unless you were to put a partition between them....
