I listen to so much music it's difficult to choose just one overall, so I'm going to cheat. Here's a list of memorable tracks that I discovered this year. The album that they're on was probably mostly good as well. Imogen Heap - First Train Home Tyler Ramsey - Birdwings I love the way music can remind you of a specific place, moment in time or person - most of the above does at least one of those things

Very weird. Can you open one of the TGZ files on Windows (7zip, WinRAR) and see what's in them?

In the script, try entering the full path to the zmmailbox command. I think it's in /opt/zimbra/bin/.

This landed in my inbox this morning. Apologies if you've already seen it The Rocking Song Fur is no longer appropriate wear for small infants, both due to risk of allergy to animal fur, and for ethical reasons. Therefore faux fur, a nice cellular blanket or perhaps micro-fleece material should be considered a suitable alternative. Please note, only persons who have been subject to a Criminal Records Bureau check and have enhanced clearance will be permitted to rock baby Jesus. Persons must carry their CRB disclosure with them at all times and be prepared to provide three forms of identification before rocking commences. Jingle Bells A risk assessment must be submitted before an open sleigh is considered safe for members of the public to travel on. The risk assessment must also consider whether it is appropriate to use only one horse for such a venture, particularly if passengers are of larger proportions. Please note, permission must be gained from landowners before entering their fields. To avoid offending those not participating in celebrations, we would request that laughter is moderate only and not loud enough to be considered a noise nuisance. While Shepherds Watched The union of Shepherd's has complained that it breaches health and safety regulations to insist that shepherds watch their flocks without appropriate seating arrangements being provided, therefore benches, stools and orthopaedic chairs are now available. Shepherds have also requested that due to the inclement weather conditions at this time of year that they should watch their flocks via cctv cameras from centrally heated shepherd observation huts. Please note, the angel of the lord is reminded that before shining his / her glory all around she / he must ascertain that all shepherds have been issued with glasses capable of filtering out the harmful effects of UVA, UVB and Glory. Little Donkey The RSPCA have issued strict guidelines with regard to how heavy a load that a donkey of small stature is permitted to carry, also included in the guidelines is guidance regarding how often to feed the donkey and how many rest breaks are required over a four hour plodding period. Please note that due to the increased risk of pollution from the dusty road, Mary and Joseph are required to wear face masks to prevent inhalation of any airborne particles. The donkey has expressed his discomfort at being labelled 'little' and would prefer just to be simply referred to as Mr. Donkey. To comment upon his height or lack thereof may be considered an infringement of his equine rights. We Three Kings Whilst the gift of gold is still considered acceptable - as it may be redeemed at a later date through such organisations as 'cash for gold' etc, gifts of frankincense and myrrh are not appropriate due to the potential risk of oils and fragrances causing allergic reactions. A suggested gift alternative would be to make a donation to a worthy cause in the recipient's name or perhaps give a gift voucher. We would not advise that the traversing kings rely on navigation by stars in order to reach their destinations and suggest the use of RAC route finder or satellite navigation, which will provide the quickest route and advice regarding fuel consumption. Please note as per the guidelines from the RSPCA for Mr Donkey, the camels carrying the three kings of Orient will require regular food and rest breaks. Facemasks for the three kings are also advisable due to the likelihood of dust from the camel's hooves. Rudolph the red nosed reindeer You are advised that under the Equal Opportunities for All policy, it is inappropriate for persons to make comment with regard to the ruddiness of any part of Mr. R. Reindeer. Further to this, exclusion of Mr R Reindeer from the Reindeer Games will be considered discriminatory and disciplinary action will be taken against those found guilty of this offence. A full investigation will be implemented and sanctions - including suspension on full pay - will be considered whilst this investigation takes place. Happy Christmas to you all from me, bossman and tallan

Don't click the icon link for week dates (something I forgot to take out). You just set the week dates in the main week add/edit page

When I was a kid I wanted to be a television cameraman. Early into my teenage years, I wanted to be a radio presenter. After that I knew I definitely wanted to do something involving computers - at the time the main focus was on programming.

A sporting twist to putting your foot in your mouth. New human cases of foot and mouth.

Yes, probably a version issue. There's a post on the Zimbra forum for it, but wasn't solved. I'd install the matching Zimbra version, and then do an upgrade to the latest 6.x release once everything works.
-
There are two ways I see you can do this. Either 1) migrate the whole Zimbra install to 64bit, or 2) install from scratch, configure the same way, set up accounts etc. then import mail. Option 1 requires planning, time, and lots of typing; but there's a very good guide on the wiki. Ajcody-Notes-Server-Move - Zimbra :: Wiki Option 2 means you get a clean slate, but will take extra time to backup all mailboxes and re-import them. You can backup a mailbox to a compressed folder on the command line (as the Zimbra user) like this: zmmailbox -z -m [email protected] getRestURL .//?fmt=tgz > /tmp/johndoe.tgz and then import like this: zmmailbox -z -m [email protected] postRestURL "//?fmt=tgz&resolve=reset" /tmp/johndoe.tgz

Just leave it at 4GB?

Don't forget batteries and non-toughened LCD screens. The repair & replacement cost just keeps going up and up with netbooks/laptops.

Please accept my most humble apologies, kind sir Running your name through wordsmith.org's anagram page returns several, rather "interesting" combinations, should you be interested in finding out more
-
Yeknomrr Adwop - is that you?!
-
Ah right Anything meaningful in the logs? /var/log/messages, /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log or /opt/zimbra/log/zmmailboxd.out are good places to look.

Given the smiley face and troll icon, I'm hoping and assuming that comment was in jest

Looking at a few VMWare forum posts, they recommend using the VMWare Converter tool to import VMs from Server into ESXi. Give that a go (choose your ESXi host as both source and destination) and see what happens.

@dhicks: I'd like to as you a question. Can you (at present) carry out your day-to-day tasks exclusively using web-based tools; and if not, could those non-web tools be easily replaced with their web equivalents?
-
@dhicks: Fair argument. As a web developer by night myself I do see the benefits that central web-based stuff brings, and always advocated the use of web-based things over full local binary installations where appropriate. We have lots of that sort of content here at the school, and it certainly makes distribution a breeze. However, I still think there are certain things that are still not easily accomplish-able over the web, or as much as what you could using a local application.
-
When you say 'you', do you mean the literal in-house IT team at the school, or do you mean "anybody"? If you meant the former, for argument's sake, let's assume that the in-house team do not possess the relevant skills to do this (it's quite a tall order). So they spend time (which costs money) learning, and more time (which costs more money) actually developing and testing; to produce something that only them are likely to be able to support. And still maintain the regular IT support status-quo during this period of development. I'm failing to see the benefits to this. Either way, to say that new web-based software should be written for demanding tasks such as that, with a three-year time scale, is pretty far-fetched in my opinion.

How do you do video editing, music compositions or use peripherals such as scanners and CAD/CAM machinery?
-
Every kid needs an iPod Touch.
-
Very pleased to hear you're OK and starting to get things sorted out. If you hadn't moved out of their way, it would probably end up being your fault for not doing exactly that IDIOTS!
-
I don't know. I have a friend of a friend who knows Garfield though, I'll see what information I can dig up.
-
Yes, for those reasons I suppose it ticks boxes. But that sort of material does very little in the way of revealing how well they work a year later or in real-world scenarios when in the hands of untrustworthy pupils. Or what the total cost of ownership is year on year. You can have all the educationalists you want say it will be beneficial for students to visit NASA or even have a trip to Mars to learn more about space for science; but is it really practical? No.
