  1. My android phone won't log in either
  2. That's a bummer. If bidders can't get in for the last hour or so, I stand to lose a big chunk of money. Thanks for checking.
  3. I'm having problems signing in. It says my user id is invalid. If I try to find my user id, it says the page isn't loading. Could someone try to sign in please. I've got a few items ending in an hour or so. Thx
  4. If a parent calls back it's usually to check it's not a medical issue, which the office staff would know about anyway.
  5. We have a separate line that we usually use to track down absentees and the like. The reason I ask is that the mobile I use for school to contact me now charges to pick up voice message and I'm not prepared to pay 25p everytime the school wants to contact me. If they don't withhold the number, then I can see from the missed calls and call them back.
  6. Flightradar24.com - Live flight tracker! Not only is it interesting to see where planes are off to, I had to collect some coming into Birmingham International. I was able to see their plane coming in and time my arrival.
  7. Ours does and I don't really understand why. We get calls from parents asking if we'd try to call them, we try to call parents and their phones don't accept withheld call numbers. I can't see the problem with people we have tried to call knowing what our number is.
  8. The last time I went to the cinema was to see Jurassic Park with my son, who was around 6 at the time. He's now 32! Quite simply, there hasn't been a film that took my fancy. However, the trailers for "The Lone Ranger" have whetted my appetite and it's released the day before my birthday, so I'm tempted.
  9. Was a sign I used to hate to see shoe shop windows and the like. It meant the long summer holiday was nearly over. Now, the poor kids see the blessed sign before we've even broken up! Aldi being the latest.
  10. Click on the little star on the bottom of his post and add a rep.
  11. We are using 2013 with SIMS with no apparent problems. We buy our licences through the LEA.
  12. Are you your brother's keeper? What do your parents say?
  13. This has been fairly well announced for some time now. We updated from 2003/XP at the beginning of the year on the basis. I'm led to believe that Capita no longer support 2003/XP so chances are you'll experience problems with the SIMS summer update
  14. 75,605,433,584th person to have lived since history began
  15. Naughty but nice. Classic pub quiz question "who coined the phrase?"
  16. Did you order them when you first started this thread?
  17. It's the voltage and polarity that matters. It probably isn't a good idea but we have had Toshiba laptops running off Viglen power supplies for years. The Viglen ones are probably better spec.
  18. I believe that's a limitation of the free version. Ours costs £50 per annum and allows more but I don't know if there's a limit.
  19. Seems I'm in a minority of one here but we use FREE 3 month trial - Online Room booking, equipment booking, online marking, exam information, parent evening bookings & student lists and find it does everything we want, is dead eay to use and manage and is cheap.
  20. Is that the USA that used to have some good tennis players? Welcome to the forum.
  21. It would have been a Scottish loss. Well done Andy and well done Scotland
  22. Well, I've just got it down to 12 minutes of Kids behaving not so Badly and it makes you realise how lovely Y5 can be when the disruptive element is removed. Shame real life doesn't have a ripple delete button!
  23. I'm just in the process of doing a rapid video edit because the person who thought a Friday deadline would give them the weekend to finish it! So, the first rule of thumb, cut out anything where the kids are being silly. That's got 40 minutes down to 10 in one go.
