  1. I heard it was a marketing ploy to increase sales.

All I can say is it's a good job Pirelli don't make condoms!!!
  6. Yes, when he hit Lendl during the charity doubles at Queens. Apparently, they had a side bet on who would get hit first. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G4H8r3cPuhE
  7. C'mon you big girl's blouse. Stick an icepack on it and get back out there. I remember one of Borg's first Wimbledon finals. He'd strained a stomach muscle and between points he had to give the area a liberal dose of freezer spray. 1976 against Nastase I think. Chris Evert won the Ladies.
  8. In his press conference, Leyton Hewitt said the courts are always slippery during week one. I think part of the problem is that players are pushing themselves to the limits to get to the ball. If you are at absolute full stretch and you slip, then chances are it will hurt. I thoroughly enjoyed the Stakhovsky v Federer match. There must have been a new record for the number of autographs signed. His wife's not bad either
  9. Windows 7 32bit
  10. He'd not heard it either. I was playing it to him, that's how we got onto the subject. I can understand a less mature layman never having heard of him but a guitarist?
  11. ...had never heard of Ralph McTell.
  12. Or Oona Rapace
  13. Why not get one of these Plug-In Mains Power and Energy Monitor : Power and Energy Monitors : Maplin Electronics
  14. I'm not sure that's right. The size is an important factor but I was under the impression that any permanent structure had to meet building regs.
  15. Agreed. I converted a garage to an office a few years ago. I then moved with work and my wife dealt with the house sale. The agent put it down as a garden room/bedroom and that's when the fun began. More recently, our neighbours gardens were a really odd shape where they met, so a simple bit of fence moving made it all much neater. However, it was spotted when one neighbour sold up and cost them a fortune in legal fees. It would have been a 15 minute job to put it back how it was.
  16. If Windows +P doesn't bring up the selection popup, it might be a BIOS setting needs to be enabled. This used to be the case with Viglen Dossiers.
  17. What model acer is it?
  18. We have Samsung TVs with USB. We create a powerpoint and convert it to video 2010 does this and put it on a usb stick. Easy and cheap.
  19. Same Chrome version, the computers are lower spec. The same thing happens in IE10. I suppose 5148 could use slightly more resource that tips them over the edge. I haven't heard back from Forensic yet, they may have an answer.
  20. Anyone watching this on ITV4? Gritty storyline and great music.
  21. Interesting. I've tried two machines that wouldn't run Mangahigh. Revoved PCE and they both worked. Re-installed 5145 and they still worked. Have to wait and see what happens when they update to 5148.
  22. Maths Games - from Mangahigh.com It loads ok just falls over when a game is started. I've just found a machine that runs ok with 5148 but it's rarity.
  23. To be fair, I hadn't noticed that it had gone to 5148 until I started looking into this problem. I've emailed them, so hopefully they can fix it.
  24. One of our most used online Maths resource (and most expensive) has suddenly started to throw a wobbly. Didn't take long to realise it was only after PCE updated itself to 4148.
  25. Seems to have done the trick. Thanks Michael.
