Can anyone explain what the difference is between the Unifi and Edge series is? Specs look similar, although the Unifi series seems to be lacking in Layer 3 capability. We had to log a case over the weekend, the problem is also affecting access to our business tenant... O365 was frankly shocking - clueless and not even what I would consider first line support.

I'm a tad concerned that Microsoft now suggest this is fixed, when clearly they have no blinking clue - we have multiple users still affected and somewhat peeved by the issue. An interim measure has been to direct users to the Sync Client, however this is by far from ideal. I'm getting the impression it's a bigger b*lls up than they realise.

What mechanism do you use to convey announcements; general, IT etc., across your organisation? We currently use a butchered 'archaic' version of SharePoint, tailoring it to provide announcements as well as an IT request log. We're keen to retire the SharePoint system and I'm curious to find out what others are using.
