Ta all, read a few threads on here which suggested users had installed on a DC, which I haste I'm not keen to do. @Reverend_Dan What password problems have you experienced?

Based on the amount of problematic issues being experienced with Azure AD Connect of late, I'm not overly keen to install this on a spare DC. The MS prerequisites stipulate either a DC or MS, however I just wondered if anyone had installed on a member server?

I've noticed recently the price of switch hardware has climbed massively, doubled in the case of the top end Cisco Small Business series. What on earth is going on?

Please save my sanity... I need to know if it's possible to share a ODFB folder with an external user, without the need for that person to have to create an Outlook or O365 account? Has anyone got hands on experience of Sophos XG in the workplace? I'm still reading bad reports about this, even after several update rollouts. I've been using Meraki MX appliances, however after lacklustre support of late, I'm keen to move to move to something else and figure NGFW is the route to take.

I've discovered a DC in a site I've just taken over is running 2012, not 2012 R2. I'm keen to implement a second DC and want to know if I need to update the schema in 2012 prior to running ADDS on 2012 R2 server.

It sounds like you've already made your mind up. Are you going with cloud or on-premise? We're in the midst of testing their products and have found XMS-Cloud very intuitive and user friendly.

Can one of you good people please recommend a decent lightweight laptop or ultrabook? I say lightweight, because I'm currently lugging a Lenovo Thinkpad E530 around in a backpack... Whilst the laptop has been solid, my back is starting to feel the brunt.

Can anyone please confirm if LightSpeed offers dynamic content filtering, to scan the content of pages and then impose blocks accordingly. OR, is it purely a URL based filter. Hi Steve, I've attached a screen grab of the cost applied in one of my tenants. It's confuses me somewhat.

Can someone explain to me what on earth is going on with Office 365 subscriptions. I'm convinced in 2015 the 'Office 365 Education Plus for faculty' was free at some point. I convinced because, I ticked this as a no cost option for one tenant I manage, which as a result enables me to this day to allocate licenses freely against accounts.

Resolved this one by switching back to the classic look admin console.

Yeah, the numpty talking has probably plugged the hole for a laugh... Odd the lengths some folks will go to for making rubbish videos. There will be other bee's in there, hence the reason for the bee doing burrowing into the hole and removing the nail. Can someone please explain to me, the process for sharing OneDrive for Business files with external users? I have have enabled external access from within the Admin portal, however when I select a file input an external email address and and try to share it, the share button remains greyed out.

I'm struggling to locate the CRS download button within the Office 365 Mobile Management section. Any clues? I need it to create a APNs Certificate.
