Hi everyone! I work as an independent supporting 9 schools and I am constantly on the move. I'm currently using Easily webmail (Domain names | Domain name registration | Easily.co.uk), which to begin with was proving rather reliable, however more recently has been less the case, in fact it has been more akin to sticking pins in my eyes! My questions are simple... Has anyone used this host provider and your views? Can anyone recommend an alternative webmail host provider? Thanks Jez

You folks are ace, thanks for the prompt response too. I'm going to enforce 2GB and 4GB limit depending on the member of staff (ICT coordinator, dept head, head). Staff share will be limited too (yet to be decided). I also plan to create another area where staff can dump less important data - the idea being this will be excluded from the business continuity proposal. Thanks again

Guys and gals, I wondered if you would be able to please advise on a sensible quota size limit for staff (teacher) home folders. Currently looking into offsite backup solutions and want to restrict the amount of data (mostly rubbish), staff are saving to their home folders. I really need to know what limits other people set. I've noticed some staff folders at one site are nearing 12GB in size. Thanks
