What have you currently got in place in relation to disaster recovery and business continuity? Ask them how quick they want there data back and work from there - of course it entirely depends on what you have in place, then how you improve upon that.

Hi all, I wondered out of those administering Office 365 or Google Apps to schools... Can I have feedback on whether you are promoting the use of either platform with mobile devices; either native or using specific applications (OWA, SkyDrive, Google Drive)? I'm keen to find out if you're promoting mobile access to staff members.

We have been installing Meraki MX60's, however the authentication page has seemingly disappeared. According to Meraki we might have to factory reset to get back... I'm more perplexed at this facility disappearing.

How do folks using Android or iOS devices on their networks get the devices to authenticate for use on the internet? My thoughts turn to a Meraki MX solution or a filter solution.

Just taking on a new edu client and been examining the network set-up, currently a recent LA install. Happened to do an nslookup from a client and spotted the domain name (private) extension is .loc Just wanted peoples thoughts on this?

Does anyone know the response turnaround for a Service Request through Office 365? I had to log a SR in relation to account corruption with a users SkyDrive area.

Apologies this has probably been discussed LOTS of times before. I just need to know how people are deploying a home page and favourites to IE10 from Server 2008R2 (IE10). Is the preferred method to use GPP, make a registry change to a client and then assign this change to the GP? Or are people using IEAK?

This is only happening with one user account. I have opened a service request as it looks like account corruption.

For one of my sites is came down to the wireless access not being up to grade. What happens when you log on with an administrative login?

Does anyone know why the upload symbol (plus sign) is missing for users in Office 365 SkyDrive Pro? I'm probably being thick and need to enable this from the admin console.
