Has anyone used DiskCryptor encrypting backup storage for disaster recovery use?

Can any of you good folks recommend a place to procure asset management badges/ stickers from? Thanks in advance

Hi Christian, this solution was previously resolved by a member of your support.
-
I guess it had to progress, just like everything else... Whilst there is a knack to it, especially using the likes of Ableton, Serato and I probably should include Traktor, the modern digital method has ripped most of the fun out of it.

Speaking from experience, you're best tackling this head on and requesting more expenditure. I've just recently put together a quote for an edu client for x10 iPad minis + cases, which came to the grand total of 2.4k. So straight away, we know they can't possibly have the level of hardware they want within their budget. You need to open up communication with the client and explain the predicament, as well as price up comparative quotes for ios/ osx hardware as well windows hardware... Simples?!

All very odd, the DNS verification checks out top dollar. However my suspicions still remain with the DNS change MS recently requested I make.

Has anyone experienced delays in users sending emails to one another within Office 365? Some users claiming emails can occasionally take hours to come through. My thoughts are DNS... Microsoft did request I update records with my host quite recently, so my thoughts are this is the likely cause. Any thoughts?

Yes thanks sussed it, thanks for the response anyway. Shame about the password expiration, fingers crossed they provide this feature in future.
-
Ok ignore the disable email facility, this has now been resolved. Still unsure about the password policy.

Folks can google apps for edu be configured to disable email for specific users, or is this feature either on/off across board? Ideally I'd like to keep key users like myself with email, however only use google drive functionality for staff. Also... Can a password timeout be configured? I'm unable to find a password policy section.

+1 for the Dell OptiPlex 3011, good build and reliable. We've been advising edu clients buy them since there release, mainly for student use. It's worth pointing out that I don't think they come with any form of video out, which rules them out of use with a whiteboard or digital screen. I have Dell Vostro 360, the 3011 is a far better build. I also recommend the Pro Support warranty if you do purchase, this will provide next business day warranty coupled with easy-peasy fault logging.

Exactly the problem I've experienced, changing an email address within the VPP... A 'fruit' official confirmed it couldn't be carried out, much to my disbelief they requested I register another account and they would then amalgamate from their end... Well it has now been one month and I'm still waiting, having jumped through several hoops during the registration. This really is a ridiculous, waste of time process! Rant over, going off to dry my eyes and get on with the working day.
-
I've already been though the steps provided... It wasn't always this long winded and frustrating. The account I signed up with (business managers), is now telling me that it can't be used with the VPP, as it is registered with iTunes... Struth!!!!

In protest!!! Can someone please let me know the 'correct' procedure for setting up an Apple VPP account? 1. Do I need a separate Apple ID per iPad? 2. Does the VPP account need to be a member of the school? 3. Can't think of any other questions, however I'm pretty sure more will follow...

Probably an easy one to rectify, however I can't seem to find it... Keep getting 'The User Profile Service service failed the logon' when I deploy a IE msi, having used the IEAK to build the installer. Does anyone know how to prevent this? Thanks

What method?

Migrated from 2003 to 2012R2 - Not always running logon script

I guess if you test with a batch file method, you could look to slow the script down by adding something like this; ping localhost -n 10 -

No, used both the conventional and gpo method and both work. It reads like the clients are more the issue... Can you not upgrade one client to W7 and test? -
Fabulous, thanks :) Way too many restriction boxes for my feeble little brain.

That's where I'm getting lost, I go into: Groups Bulk User Actions From here I'm uncertain - screen captured attached.

Hi all, how do I set a hard quota limit in PaperCut? I know how to assign a balance, however I'm not sure if by default the limit is a soft quota and users can print over this.

Does anyone have an idea when MS will be putting these much needed updates into play? New features for Microsoft Outlook Web App in Office 365 In particular the Enhanced Document Collaboration. Outlook Web App now includes full integration with OneDrive for Business, allowing users to easily share files stored in the cloud as attachments in e-mail. Files can either be automatically uploaded from computers to the OneDrive cloud drive and sent as a link in the body of the e-mail, or sent directly from the cloud drive as an e-mail attachment.

what's the last 'free' version? 11.4? -
I removed 11 ages ago, we found some issues when using with Office 365 OWA. Reverted back to IE10.
