Yes looked into this, but didn't like the lack of auditing. Essentially an admin could read any email, or open any file without any log or auditing or possibility to prevent this.

My question relates specifically to cloud‑hosted data, particularly user email and personal storage areas such as OneDrive or Google Drive. Do you back up each user’s mailbox and personal storage — including accounts for teaching assistants?

Can anyone recommend Mosyle free tier for managing iPads? Currently using Lightspeed, but I'm encountering problems with the issues controlling the Disable MAC Address Randomisation option. The setting keeps being renabling itself decive side following a sync. I realise this is a bit of a niche issue, but the Lightspeed support has been frankly dreadful.

Has anyone sourced third party warranties for server hardware? Our ususal rule is to replace after 5 years, based on the Dell Pro Support warranty covering that period. However, we're looking to extend the life of one of the servers by 2 years and would like warranty cover throughout that period. The prices coming back for Dell cover are silly, hence the reason for considering third party.

Yep I've done one, I did the Unifi Wireless course and enjoyed it. It does feel a bit crammed, but I got out of it what I needed.

We had great success with Vision Print (formerly Printer Logic). The support was excellent and the set-up very straight forward. That said, we also tested and liked Printix. I think the Vision Print pricing better suited the organisation print model, I don't have my notes but from recolection it was costed on print queues.

Does anyone knw w`hat user license is required to deploy apps using the Intune Company Portal App, to iOS and Android devices. We have odd situation, where one education tenant we're managing is deploynig apps with A1 license assignment. But, we have another education tenant where it won't work with the A1 license and we need to assign A3 licenses to the users before apps will display/install in the Intune Company Portal App. Both tenants are assiging Office 365 A1 for Faculty licenses. Hoping someone can offer some clarity on this.

Sorry, I'm referring to SharePoint/OneDrive files. I've upaded my original post to reflect this.

Can anyone offer suggestions for how I go about restricting SharePoint/OneDrive file downloads outside on devices not enrolled with the organisation (school). I've been been able to at least set up a CA policy that blocks downloads to any device that is not compliant in Intune. However, one way around this appeats to be selecting the 'Open in App' option, which then permits the end user to save a copy of the file to any local device. I do not want to remove the option for Open in App (if this is even an option) but do want to prohibit the saving to local devices. I feel I am going around in circles (again!) looking at things like DLP, App Protection Polices, Labels etc. Is this even a possibility? Is it possible to disallow users from saving locally?

Are you experiencing any other weird issues? We're set-up the same was as you, we actually use a log off script to force end the user session on log out. But, we're seeing lots of weird issues with browser cache, whereby users are frequently having to clear browser cache.
