  1. The symptoms seem to match this Service Health - Users get an error that prevents opening Office documents via the Office for the web SP376051, SharePoint Online, Last updated: May 5, 2022 9:11 PM Start time: May 3, 2022 4:55 PM, End time: May 5, 2022 8:40 PM
  2. Anyone else having a problem this morning with SharePoint Online and OneDrive this morning? I see a message in SharePoint Online "We apologize for the inconvenience, but we've made OneDrive and sites read-only while we do some maintenance." Can't see any messages about maintenacne in the Service Health Dashboard...
  3. Open a category that is being is being blocked, or you could use the Custom Blocked Content rule. Click on Advanced, under Search term filtering put in [Huggy Wuggy] click save. Do a web search for the search term and check that it is blocked
  4. Not sure if this is any help, from PaperCut v19.0 Print Scripting can be used to automatically charge Mobility print jobs to the user's personal account https://www.papercut.com/kb/Main/PrintScriptingwithMobility
  5. I would guess it would take approx. 1 minute to take a register on their own device. We do use 2FA with personal devices, you can tick a box to remember the 2FA on the device for 7 days.
  6. We use iSAMS and take registers at every lesson. You can have one AM register, one PM register and unlimited "Other" registers, we have a form tutor sessions which we use as "AM" and "PM" then use "other" for each lesson. The registration rules can be set up so they are based on set lists, as long as the set lists are correct and timetabled you should see the correct pupils when you take registers. Our Teachers use desktop computers in classrooms, we also have the iTeacher App on BYOD (iOS and Android) which can be faster to take a register.
  7. Did anyone else get a reply all from a "Junior Service Desk" working at a support company that was included in the email from capita - with everyone's email in the To... field as well? We have never done anything with that company, so would assume that that email would also be a data breach as everyone's email addresses were in the To... field!
  8. Will there be a recording make of this so it can be watched later?
  9. I get the same results for the imgur using Google image search when using Edge and Google Chrome. We have content modification rule Everyone, Everything, Everywhere, Apply Remove QUIC Header as the first Content Modification policy We have content modification rule Everyone, Everything, Everywhere, Force SafeSearch We have content modification rule Everyone, Web Search, Everywhere, Google image Search:Basic Mode We have a firewall rule dropping "Google QUIC" and "Google QUIC UDP 80" When using Bing images, Smoothwall will block the search for "imgur"
  10. It might be missing many things...
  11. Our phne system is not showing the calling number, is yours?
  12. We started getting these calls to our school yesterday... anyone else getting them or just us?
  13. Just started using Sophos Email Advanced, seems to be helping us! Send me a PM if you want a contact name at Sophos to talk with.
  14. This might be of interest - https://developers.facebook.com/docs/whatsapp/guides/network-requirements/#ipaddresses
  15. Had the IP Addresses in the KB article as web filter exceptions for a while now and not had any complaints about it not working. With the recent change to WhatsApp's Terms of Service for the European Region, I'm trying to block it for groups of pupils that are under the required age to use it while keeping it working for those that can use it. I don't think creating a firewall rule for the groups with the IP addresses in the KB article will block it, Wireshark suggests that different IP addresses are now being used.
  16. Just wondering if you were able to get an updated CIDR for WhatAapp
  17. I think this is the "All HTTPS URLs containing an IP" and "All URLs containing an IP" categories that you would need to be in a Guardian Web filter policy under what...
  18. Perhaps @CJF or @tom_newton might be able to help from the Smoothwall side?
  19. Do you know if you set up the "new" encryption capabilities? https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Set-up-new-Office-365-Message-Encryption-capabilities-built-on-top-of-Azure-Information-Protection-7ff0c040-b25c-4378-9904-b1b50210d00e
  20. Does anyone have any information about how InTune for Education will need to be licenced? Will it be FTE count or per device?
  21. Been using MABS for a while with a backup vault in North Europe, was setup before the UK Datacentres were available. Has anyone looked at moving their backup vaults from North Europe to the UK datacentres? Not been able to find out from MSDN forums or web searches if it can be done... Would it be a case of creating a new vault in the UK region and starting again from scratch?
  22. Any new Office 365 tenant in the UK would have their core data the UK, is that enough of an argument to do it?
  23. The price point is very compelling, would love to talk to a Boarding School that is using them.
  24. I tried some UniFi APs a couple of years ago, all of them failed after 3 months of usage, this was before the UniFi Pro was released... Has anyone had problems with them failing, or do you accept this with the low unit price and have spares available to swap out. I'd be interested to know if anyone is using them in a Boarding School!
  25. Can’t say that when looking at the indepentant.co.uk that any dodgy adds were being shown, but safeguarding reports were flagging access to hamsters and all sorts... I spotted that mdotlabs.com was uncategorised and added it into adverts which are always blocked, this seems to have stopped the safeguarding reports from flagging stuff when browsing on the site.
