Any Bromcom reps? After a play with a "Demo" instance if at all possible. Not after a remote session demo or anything like that (just yet)......it's not me that needs convincing. Mainly after some info with regards the pricing model. Is it "module" based or "You get it all"? whats included in the "base" package if it is module based......whats the price of each of the modules etc. Cheers

I'm doing some testing with external users to our domain. Meeting will prompt the organiser to allow "external" users fine...... however is there a log of this?

So after getting this working... it seems the issue is the options module not the exams organiser lol.

i'll give it a go and report back, just an issue on one client, so i guess a reinstall is the best approach first.

Hi all, i need to install SIMS Examination Organiser Module on a computer here...... in days gona by, i would rename the sims folder to simsold and manually reinstal it. but how do i add the exam module if we are using solus? Sorry this might be a simple fix.. ta

Yes i have to approve the teachers that request access to the google classroom group. Just a i have manually check for any pending teachers for the group. I have it set to anybody in the domain can ask to join, but it needs approve before access is granted to Google classroom as a teacher cheers

Is there a away i can get google to email me when a staff members requests an invite to google classroom? I have to manually check the pending requests (in Google groups) at the moment and i feel i'm not actioning them in time...

Although i can see the "recording meeting" and "use phone audio". I'm unable to see stream. Maybe i've missed something in the admin panel?

I had high hopes for this.... but the fact a "student" can kick the organiser out of the meeting/stream and cast their own screens is worrying. We cant use it because of this.

Do you have Sims installed along with the S drive mapped to your Inventry machines? Just wanted to know if your Invenry machines pull info from Sims or if it's synced from your Sims server to the Inventry machine. (Using a app or some other mechanism on your Sims Server). We have two Inventry machines here. One "Server" and one "Clent", both running Windows 7. The server has Sims installed and seems to sync or pull info from Sims using dedicated credentials. We're looking to have the system updated (bigger HDDs and Windows 10 amongst other things). Just curious how people have it set up. ta

Thread zombie, I've also noticed an issue with this. we redirect desktops..... however, if the user clicks on Desktop it allows them to save to the local profiles desktop (even though redirection is enabled and working). Just need to remove the shortcuts as diabled above for both open and save. Did you manage to do this?

you might need to increase the certificate signing life expectancy in auto approve. also check under devices---merge for any duplicates.

If you right click on the "Group" that contains the computers, then under "host name restrictions" enter the name of the machines you want to access this group. in our case is the staff machine in that room. Admin users always have access if you dont have a machine listed, every machine with the tutor client can see them!

No joy here with the printing issue. not sure it's a printing "issue" to be fair as they can print from sage. when running the job, the sage seems to need read access to the security section of event viewer and fails. Tested on an off domain machine as computer admin and it fails also..... so no idea. can't "run as admin" as its not an exe it's a .appref-ms i hate this software.

I've been struggling for this for a while now, not sure when it started. I've tried deleting the profile. Server is working fine, just i can't navigate with the start menu as nothing works! apart from that no other issues. Anybody Else had this and know now to fix?
