If you use Offline NT to reset the admin password put a star in to represent a blank space and should have no problems. Has problems if you actually put in a new password.

We had split domains to implement different password policies though under server 2008 you can implement different policies within one domain.

We had a Buffalo Terrastation in use for backing up overnight but found it couldn't handle the throughput, should be ok for media use though.

How'd the interview go. In terms of dress I had a suit on for interview at my current place (ain't worn it since) and the last school before that I turned up to interview in baggy jeans, tie dye sepultura t-shirt and dreadlocks down to my butt along with multiple facial piercings...they decided they were going to offer me the job even before the interview though like all support the pay was dismal so left after a year.

Nope, but had a few embarassing ones. Was seeing a lass for quite a while and next thing I know her younger cousins started at school and keeps pointing me out to her mates and asking innapropriate questions. Also went home with a another girl after a night out to find the babysitter was one of the students, wasn't the most pleasant next day at work, hid in my office all day.

First thing i'd do is ask if the bursars coming in? If no staff then there's no way you should be ab exception and I think unions would agree. If school makes you come in then i'd be taking legal action against them on health and safety grounds. Not sure on exact legal ramicifations though.

Support is generally good though it needs to be because the initial system is a pig, we've had nothing but trouble and probably won't be utilising it much longer.

That's the way I do it, works a treat.
