All very good information, try to add some variety to your workouts and indeed the outdoors not just in a gym. Ive started to go on bike rides of weekends and Im looking at joining a paintball team my mate plays for yay for 4000 balls for £30 rather then my experience at delta force last week 1000 for £70

Im 5ft 11" and currently 16.2 stone aiming for around 13.5, possibly less depending on how much muscle I build as im doing decent amount of weights twice per week too. It really depends how your built but id say 12 stone is a little low. As for running get some decent shoes as you have, ive just been using the running machine at the gym, I do around 25-30mins and set a fast walk/light jog pace of 6-7kmph with a slight incline, every other minute I put it up to 11kmph for a minute sometimes 2 at a time then slow it back down, and repeat. Burn around 300cals in 25mins this way then ill do bikes, rowing and weights. I do this 3-4 times per week and last week ive started to do a few sets of a dozen pressups, im terrible at these and sometimes only do a couple at a time but I make sure I do them all, as for food i'd just count your cals, keep an eye on sodium fat and sugar intakes too, aim to be under about 70% of your GDA rather then just under 100%. If your going to eat a largish meal do so at breakfast or lunch. Never skip breakfast even if your in a rush just grab a cereal bar at least or some fruit. Also try to have meals within 2 hours after your workout, you'll burn them off alot faster.

We have recently setup a new samsung ml-4550 printer and its been great printing now and then no problems. Now teachers are sending mock papers consisting of a large amount of pages we are often getting errors, it will sometimes print 30 or so pages in a job on the spool then "error printing-the system could not read from the specified device" The files are not large either, logged as around 25KB each. We have also had it where we have had no issues for a number of jobs then all of a sudden this occurs again, turning the printer off and on solves the issue so it is reading from the device, the printer itself also just displayed "printing" on its screen when the error occurs.

Ideas to prevent getting lost in caverns in Minecraft.
bondbill2k2 replied to localzuk's topic in EduGeek Minecraft
Signs in tunnels would be useful, also dont forget the edugeek server has the home plugin so you can set a home spawn location and type /home to go to it or /home "username" to visit other players home spawns. -

I'm looking for some parts for a tohiba laptop, mainly a new screen. Could anyone recommend any online stores I could order parts from? I've found a few on ebay but was looking for a more reliable source.

Anything HTC and Android gets my vote having owned a Iphone 3G, a 3GS and worked in a mobile phone store 2007-2009 i'd say they Iphone is good but very overated and android systems are great but HTC make the most of it with their Sense UI. They also do anything an iphone does!

Looks fine, I added some shapes in word with random colours and overlapping and no issue either. Seems to be on images when there aren't clear cut lines
-
The problem is defintly missing black as you said but it appears to be going to the developer fine on PQ tests and on just black such as text. Draft setting is not on.
-
I was just about to edit and add this, yes the printer does have pq ability and they all appear fine, no lines, no faded colours. The diagnostics sheet also looks fine, colours all around are good and everything alligns.
-
For some reason our offices HP 3600n printer today decided to start printing abit strange, I have ran all the diagnostics on the printer and ran a ful l reconfiguration but the problem still continues. All toners are pretty much full having only been replaced a few weeks ago. Here is an example, the image sent and the results scanned back in.

but remember Microsoft have been providing subscription online gaming before sony and on a much larger scale with far more users and never had a hacking issue Sony should of tightened up a while back.
