  1. Does anyone else here drink Monster? The drink in a rather distinct black and green can (or one of the other flavours) I love the taste especially now they do a sugar free diet one in a blue can. Im rather annoyed tho my local tesco, the one near work and petrol station I normly fill up at on route to work no longer seem to have the blue diet monster! Might bulk buy some online
  2. Impressive!
  3. I've not used one but Polar are good I hear?
  4. I forgot had some peas and carrots with it too Often have the same but use some loyd grossman (posh yes!) pasta sauce and add some chopped red and green peppers, yum!
  5. Last night I was asked if science could have some software they purchased installed, I agreed as it was only for 4 teacher machines but they were all in use (finishing reports) till my time to leave last night. So first thing this morning I went to install this software, sat at the computer and began booting it when a little robin flew over and landed on the monitor, ive no idea how it got in but I proped the back door open and tryed to get it in that direction which didnt work, it was having way too much fun flying between the projector, board and cabinet. I informed the other staff (the room was also empty till lunch time) that it was in there and the door was left open, all equiptment turned off and it didnt leave the room for almost another 2 hours
  6. Yay go my input I much prefer them now! Chip shops don't do them tho and if they did they would be battered. Jacket, grilled chicken breast and some peppercorn sauce is becoming a popular one for dinner, low cals, low fat high protein, filling, cheap and tasty!
  7. Both myself and the network admin here hate coffe, both like tea tho. Im also pretty addicted to monster energy drinks but slowly going cold turkey. Mostly drink water normly around 2L while at work
  8. How did you manage that? Im not eating realy healthy and not doing loads of workouts and exercise and its coming of pretty well, over a stone in 7weeks is a good enough pase I think! Went out for a curry last week, had a chicken chow mein from the takeaway last week too and went out to the pub last night. Just doing things like jacket potatoe insted of chips, grilled chicken breast instead of beef burger etc.... And not snacking between meals, I have a choccy bar im having with a cup of tea now but its a 80cal timeout bar, just as nice as other choc but without the cals there. Lunch ill have a turkey sandwich and some hot soup No need to diet hard as its only going to do you harm and you wont keep it off!
  9. Burpees are your enemy! Turned up the difficulty on my kinect workout and now its adding mountain climber and burpees in large amounts and fast along with push-ups in between and much more intense cardio warmups including long on the spot jogs and "tire drill"
  10. I suppose wage makes a big difference how willing you are to travel most people say "how far?" when I tell them 35miles, even tho im on one of the lowest pay brackets Use around £8-9 in fuel per day and 50mins each way, but by train would cost around £20 due to bus to station (west midlands travel) then from west midlands to shropshire (via ariva) and take near 2hours each way + a little 15min walk to work from the station.
  11. Its considered unhealthy to loose much more then 2.5lbs a week anyway (its ok now and then but if you were frequently loosing like 5lbs a week youll become fairly ill. Its not bad tho, just think thats a stone in under 2months even at your current weight but youll have weeks where its more I bet! I find watching what your eating will do more for you then exercise, you could loose decent amounts from just doing a pretty intense workout for an hour once a week and eating better.
  12. Pizzas dont have to be unhealthy, bbc good food website is great for healthy food and theirs diet catogries including "under 400 cal meals" Superhealthy pizza recipe - Recipes - BBC Good Food
  13. Alpen fudge and choclate are really nice and only 70cal per bar Subway isnt too bad either if you have a chicken teriaki (sp) 6" its around 350cals and low fat, sugar isnt the best at 1g but its better then other quick food. Alpen Light Chocolate & Fudge bar from Weetabix: Tasty goodness. My weigh in Sunday morning, 244lbs 2.5lbs down from Tuesday!
  14. We currently use THe Grid 2 by Sensory Software international ltd for a student who requires use of a switch (a button basically) to communicate with the computer, The switch connects via USB and has been in use for a food two years without any issues however last week the switch suddenly stopped working during use. The software has 3 licensesm, one on this machine in question, another at his home and another on his laptop (not on the network btw) The switch works fine in both his laptop as we tried it in class after this issue and at his home. I have tried a number of other USB devices in the computer in every port and all work fine, there is no notification of the switch being detected on this troubled computer but on every other computer (and those without Grid on) a notification of device connection poped up Any ideas why? All drivers seem fine, USB work fine on everything else and the switch/device itself functions fine.....
  15. A couple of years back there was a gallardo stolen near me, and they totalled it only minutes later!

  17. Wolverhampton to Ludlow around 35miles each way so 70miles per day. Takes around 50min each way, lots of long straight countryside roads often fairly empty of a morning beside tractors
  18. All setup fine now, new license created, activated, redeployed to the IT office for test purposes. Autograph loads and states "extended site license" now but then says: When viewing the network license tool on our server it states "500 active licenses still avaliable for deployment".

  22. Ran some scans with malware stuff and cccleaner, didnt find any malware and yes I did reinstall the USB drivers. It seems to be working after a cleanrup and the USB port the staff had originaly complained about was pysically broken inside -_- tested the two back ones and worked fine and removed files that seemed to be related to launch.exe manually.
