Hi All, just wondered if any of you are experiencing an issue with frog learn when a class logs in say 32 students it hangs and denies logins. Frog support have told us that our frog server of 5 years isnt a higher enough spec for frog learn even though they allowed us to continue with the upgrade. They will not provide me with any evidence that the server is over worked. I expected better for 5k a year support costs. It also takes them days to respond to open support tickets and they are currently ignoring my requests. for those of you who don't pay for support how do you manage the server do you have root admin right to the server OS? yep same issue here with all the iphones and ISA. makes them a bit unusable until a fix comes out.

we use cs3 with no install issues on win7.

i third that. works great after you allow driver installations.
