Depends what you want to do with Linux. For a terminal the kids can play with, install in on anything (virtual or physical) and let them rip. If you want a gui it'd have to be virtualbox. No way would I faff around with dual-booting.

RMMC thinks one machine failed to finish the install and the other is still running. I powered them down long ago and the job's still stuck. Currently stuck with trying to rebuild notebook 310s that can't find their network drivers in winPE even though they're part of the build disc. Do you know how cc4 selects a build disc for a client? There are quite a few pieces of edu 'software' that are just a bunch of pfd & doc files which would be better stuck on an intranet server (if that's what you're getting at). Switched on Computing is one of them so it's yes from me.
