The AD group does exactly what I need, so the window caption isn't necessary.

Great job! That works (though it doesn't appear to like spaces in the group name). I tried with and without encapsulating the setting with quotations "Insert Group Name Here". When changed to InsertGroupNameHere it worked. I've now downloaded and configured v3.2.5.0, so that can be used now with the addition of this ease of enabling/disabling spell check. Thank you.

Thanks for the prompt response. Changing the application name for the moment may be the best solution - good to hear that it won't break it! If I only have one instance of ExamWritePad running from a share and I have some students sitting them same exam at the same time...with some needing spell check and some who aren't allowed it - how do I control that?

I run ExamWritePad from a network share for ease and I actually have two copies - identical apart from the configuration change to have one with spell check enabled and the other with spell check disabled. I want to disallow accounts that are not allowed to run spell check from running the spell check enabled version. I've had various issues trying to get this to work as I use Impero and it cannot block it without blocking both of them as they're both launching from the same server (despite different sub-folders) and both have the same executable name. Impero were pretty unhelpful and their solution was to have them run from two different mapped drives and block it that way. Question 1: Can the executable name (examwritepad.exe) be renamed, or would that cause issues with the applicaiton? Question 2: Is it possible in a future release to include a feature to modify the window caption wording via the configuration editor? At present it is "ExamWritePad". If I can have it say "ExamWritePad - Spell Check Disabled" and "ExamWritePad - Spell Check Enabled", I can then use Impero's window caption blocking. I know I can block it by file permissions but in an ideal world, I'd prefer to make as few changes as possible. Our exam accounts rotate frequently and different accounts have different spell check requirements at different times. As I have various other restrictions defined in Impero already for the differences between spell check enabled/disabled...I have to modify the Impero group regardless. In an ideal world I can just keep it all within Impero and not have to remember to change AD group memberships. I know that all may be outside your remit, but I thought I'd pose the question and see what your take on it is (or maybe suggest something I haven't thought of!)

I use: User Configuration > Preferences > Control Panel Settings > Internet Settings In there you can create multiple settings and target them to specific groups using item-level targetting. Alternatively you can have one policy for all users or separate policies for different groups. I have separated it out to three individual GPOs, for staff, students and admin. The reason is because this policy also contains my Google Chrome GPOs, IE settings and other Internet related settings that need to be different for the three main user groups and they don't support item-level targetting.

I haven't read the books or played the first two games, so I can't comment on those - but regional accents are a big thing in The Witcher 3 as each area has it's own accents to distinguish the people. I just remember going to one area and they were all brummies!

I liked the Spyfall episodes for the most part, though I'm not sure about The Master. I want him to be a bit manic, but I don't think he's portraying it that convincingly. Though I think he portrays the rage very well. My only other downsides were that the story didn't seem very well paced to me, it was a bit all over the place.

The Witcher I really enjoyed it. Sure, some of the effects were off and the eyes weren't consistent (they used CGI for Yennifer's eyes, but seemed to use contacts for Henry Cavill, which has the usual issue pupil dialation...or lack thereof!). I can see Cavill has mouled his portrayal around The Witcher 3's version of Geralt, mainly with the voice. I don't think it'll be the new GoT that Netflix hopes it is, but I liked it and I'm looking forward to Season 2. Draclula I like the other Gaitis/Moffat shows, Doctor Who and Sherlock and I also liked this. Claes Bang was really good, though I couldn't get over his likeness to a mix of Piers Brosnan/Timothy Dalton!

The Rise of Skywalker - 7/10 I was disappointed in this film. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed it as a film...just not as much as when viewed as a Star Wars story. They didn't really have a plan on an arcing story throughout this trilogy and it is evident when you watch all three in short sucession. There was a lot of unnecessary fan service. I think the only people to blame here are Disney. JoJo Rabbit - 8/10 I like most of Taikka Waititi's work and this is no exception. I thought it was a funny and interesting film.

Jumanji: The Next Level - 8/10 I have to concur with @LeMarchand. It isn't as good as the previous film, but it is still a good fun movie to watch. Some of the characters don't have as much to do That didn't click at all for me when I watched it. Just Googled it and now I see it, it's a nice little addition.

I spotted this on Reddit over the weekend. Very wholesome.

Batwoman - It's about on a par with some of the other CW shows and I'm enjoying it enough so far. It's a shame that Sky couldn't get the rights for the show, as UK viewers are going to miss out on ep2 of the Crisis cross-over.

Have you got IP Helpers configured on your switches? I believe that's the recommended method for SCCM's PXE boot, though it may not be for just WDS/MDT. Do you have options 066 and 067 configured in DHCP? I also have those configured for SCCM's PXE too.

Since moving to a cloud MDM (InTune), we haven't had a requirement to sync iPads in that way. However when we did do that, we had a 10-port TeckNet USB 3.0 hub (the type that has it's own power supply). It worked fine until our Mac started playing up and we had issues connecting multiple iPads at the same time. This is what prompted our move to the cloud.

I'll probably run both side-by-side as I prefer having a backup browser. As it's Chromium based, hopefully all the add-ons will work such as Impero, as that's been the main reason why we've blocked Edge for users. Maybe I'll make it default at some point after I've seen how it performs.

Yeah, it's designed to stand upright or lay flat, but even on it's side...it looks taller than the section in my TV unit.

It's certainly a different look and I do quite like it...however is it going to fit in most people's TV units? I suspect not.

My reseller has also confirmed that it cannot be added to our OVS-ES agreement. Some great Microsoft logic going on here because both EES and OVS-ES appear to be exactly the same, apart from the amount of users they cover. OVS-ES is 1-999 users and EES is for 1000+ users. We're a small school with 650 students and 90 staff and because of that we are simply unable to use Office 365 ProPlus.

I just get the image from VLSC and import it into SCCM without any modifications. I then have one Task Sequence that makes all the necessary modifications, using WQL queries for drivers and installing necessary software such as Office, etc. SCCM will push out all less-essential software when the client communicates with the server.

I've contacted my reseller about it, but haven't heard back yet.

I don't think most people's issues are with support, or at least dealing with the support department. I've generally had a good experience when I've contacted Cunninghams, however they'll make you pay through the nose for their services, especially compared to other vendors on the market.

DBA has been replaced by DBL and has since been replaced again by DBS. DBA was only really supported in the US and still wasn't a good solution for Office 365 licensing. Apparently DBS is a much better solution with wider global support from Microsoft.

I have one of those policies for each of our intake year OUs as the paths are different and another for our staff OU. Also importantly, the user must have full control in the security permissions of their home folder.
