We've noticed that when users view another user's profile on O365, they have an option to "Start chat". This opens an an instant messaging window within the browser (or tries to launch Skype...it's inconsistent in it's behavior for me). Obviously this isn't something we want students to have access to. I have checked user licenses in O365 and they all have Skype disabled, although Kaizala Pro is enabled. Kaizala is Microsoft's new group chat tool that in their infinite wisdom, deem acceptable for all users to have enabled by default. If I turn off the Kaizala Pro license for a user manually, the "Start chat" box becomes grayed out - this is ideal. However I cannot seem to find a Powershell command to turn this specific license off. Microsoft's documentation appear to only suggest using the Exchange Admin Centre to remove the license from a user manually or go to the Kaizala dashboard and turn off Kaizala for the whole site. I have turned Kaizala off for the whole site - but the chat button still works. I'm confused as to why removing the Kaizala license grays the option out, but disabling the feature across the site doesn't. Does anyone know how to turn off this license via Powershell, so I can apply it to all users?

Text Completed.* They got around the regeneration limits because it was revealed that The Doctor is The Timeless Child - from another dimension and has the natural ability to regenerate, seemingly without limitations. Tecteun spent her life dedicated to unraveling the secrets of regeneration and finally solved the mystery and tested it on herself. She regenerated and became Rassilon (the founder of the Time Lords). Rassilon used this knowledge to create a new species with the genetic ability to regenerate - but with a limit of 12 regenerations (for reasons we don't know). Therefore The Doctor isn't just a Time Lord, she is the original specimen who's genetic basis was used to create every other time lord (hence why The Master was angry because a part of him is The Doctor).

I quite enjoyed the second half of the season. Clearly this is a multi (or at least two) series story arc for The Doctor, but it did leave me a little confused and annoyed. What I really liked is that The Doctor became a bit more authoritative and angry. This is something that both the 10th and 11th Doctors did very well...playful but had an anger or rage when pushed to the limit and made some great speeches. This is something that I think this Doctor has struggled with - she often seems weaker or confused all the time. Maybe that's part of the story line with recent revelations...but I don't think that's the case.

I haven't looked at this in a very long time, but our issue was that staff didn't like having their first names displayed. So we changed the first name field to just show their first initial. So in emails or a lock screen, it will show something like 'J Smith'. It's been like that for several years now and we've had no complaints.

I've never used them, though they are quite well known in the PC enthusiast community. Take a look at VeryPC, they do some AIOs, as well as other designs and are geared towards education.

That makes sense, maybe I'll just use the default path instead. I just thought it might make life easier if it's all stored on the network. I know some applications (like Microsoft Word) really don't like having auto-backup like features configured to a folder that doesn't exist. For example if I configure it to backup to H:\Documents\AutoSave but the AutoSave folder doesn't exist within Documents - it won't create the AutoSave folder for you and save the stuff in it, it will complain that the folder doesn't exist and breaks that feature. I'm assuming the same would happen with ExamWritePad? I will change the configuration of our ExamWritePad to save to the default path, so no, you don't need to create this feature. Thanks.

So I've just logged on as a test student account and launched Chrome. The Impero icon was missing from next to the address bar, suggesting that the add-on hadn't loaded yet. Within 5 seconds of the browser loading, the Impero icon appeared and is grayed out. Turns out I was wrong - it's grayed out on our default internally hosted landing/home page. When I then go to Google or any other site, the icon lights up.

Sorry, my mistake! I thought it was just auto-saves. Maybe I've gone overkill, I only enabled it because we've had a scenario where a student had written out their exam and then accidentally deleted it and closed the application before coming to me to print it. It turns out the auto-save feature had kicked in and auto-saved the blank document. Because the application had been closed, I couldn't undo the changes and couldn't figure out another way to get that data back. Luckily it was just a mock exam.

No, the auto-save feature is configured to save to the Documents folder for each account. When the student goes to manually save the document at the end of the exam and navigates to their Documents folder - they're seeing a lot of ExamWritePad files already there, which is all of the auto-saved files. I'm interested in this because our Impero icon within Chrome is always grayed out - even though it is still getting captures and reporting them in the console.

Got another request - don't know how you'd feel about it. I have configured ours to auto-save every x minutes and it creates an auto-save file in save location. Some of our students are getting a little confused when it comes to save the final version manually because they're seeing all the auto-save files. Plus it adds a (small) amount of time when it comes for us to print them to find the final saved copy through the list of auto-saves. Would it be possible to have these auto-saved files marked with a hidden attribute, so they aren't visible by default?

I didn't want to get into IT originally. Sure, I enjoyed playing PC games and fiddling about with hardware - but it never entered my mind as a career. I wanted to do Media Studies at A-Level. I didn't do great in my GCSEs and just about managed to get into Sixth Form, where I dropped out within two months. By that time it was too late to a college course because they'd already covered too much. I ended up at my local Connexions office where they were asking me about interests. They mentioned about an 18 month, NVQ Level II IT Practitioners apprenticeship, which paid £50p/w in a local high school. I decided to go for that and joined a team of 1x network manager, 1x senior technician and 4x apprentice technicians. It was great. I learnt so much and had such an amazing time. (I cannot recommend apprenticeships enough due to how much you learn and experience you gain...which is critical for this industry) The apprenticeship ended and I moved to an 18 month BTEC System Practitioners course at my local college, which was all academic and then to a 2 year Foundation Degree in Computer Science (Business and Internet Technologies). The FdSc degree wasn't great for me, it covered a lot of subjects, like databases, that I am not very good at and I found them difficult and not enjoyable. After that I landed my first job as a ICT Technician in a secondary school. This was great - a great team and a great time. Since then I've worked in a handful of schools in this line of work.

The Trip Just watched Series 1 & 2 on Netflix and will watch series 3 that's recorded on my Sky box. I am enjoying it

Currently we use locked down network accounts and at the end of the exam, an invigilator comes to our office and tells us which exam accounts were used. I can browse to the home folders of those accounts and print the work and hand it to the invigilator. They then take it back to the students, where they sign it. If there's only one invigilator, they will escort the students to our office where we print it and they sign it. My to-do list includes getting the students to print it and an invigilator or exams officer can release/collect them - I just haven't got round to that yet.

The use of laptops is supposed to be that student's 'normal way of working' (even though that's not always the case). So we have a list of students who are entitled to use a laptop (which in our school is quite a few). We have 24 Windows laptops that have been bought specifically for SEN students. So once they're on the SEN register they are allocated a laptop, which can be used in lessons and also taken home. As we have more students using laptops in exams than have actually taken laptops from their allocation, we have them stored in our office. So we just set these up in the exam room. The accounts they use are heavily locked down and they use @ass17's excellent Exam WritePad application.

Harley Quinn: Birds of Prey - 7/10 I quite enjoyed it and not quite sure why it tanked at the box office. It's the type of film you expect and Margot Robbie does play an excellent Harley Quinn.

The Lighthouse - 7/10 I quite liked it, but I'm not sure what I actually just saw. It's about two like house keepers in the 1800s, stuck due to weather and how they deal with it. It's in black and white and it's...weird. I think I recommend it, but be prepared for some wtf-ery.

It reminds me of Ezra Miller's Flash head gear.

Up until last year it wasn't automatic, so once applications were completed we exported the CTF files from the Applicaa website and import those into SIMS. However I believe they've now released a new tool which automates this process, though we haven't used it yet.

We've used Applicaa for the past couple of years and it really has made the process easier. It's not just us that appreciate it, but the office staff love it too because it saves them so much time. Our process now; Import student details into MIS (ATF files, etc from primary schools) Pre-create accounts in Applicaa for parents to use Arrange a day/evning for parents to come in to complete the application Log on the computers and have the login screen of the website ready for parents Hand out the login details as they arrive Parents log in with their pre-created accounts and complete the application form Once form is complete, they let us know and we print it from the admin section of the Applicaa website Parents double check the printed form and go back onto the website to correct any incorrect information Parents sign the printed application form to confirm that the details are correct (and we then have our required paper copy for record) Applicca was mainly used in colleges and we encountered a few issues in the first year with missing fields that SIMS needs, etc. Applicaa were really good in sorting all that out and it worked great last year, as well as for in-year admissions. For me, Applicaa is like SalamanderAD; it's well worth the money for the time and work it saves.

Do you mean the word "teens" is being caught by the policies "Adult Contant" and "Bullying and trolling"? You cannot edit default block lists, however they can be disabled. By default they are enabled within the "Entire Network" group and inherit down. You can disable it from there, however I'm not sure if I'd recommend it. However you may want to contact Impero directly for further clarification/assistance.

Parasite - 9/10 Did the recommended thing - didn't watch any trailers, didn't read anything about it and just went to see it. I'm so glad I did. I didn't expect the film I got and I really enjoyed it.
