My round trip is 40m. In 1996 I used to work just past Cowley, Oxford which was a 104m round trip. Mental. Far too much. I used to drive home completely knackered.

Nah, goats deserve everything they get imho. Some friends had two goats and once one of the blighters jumped up and bit clean through my very expensive headphone cable... Another time the billy goat butted me in the back of the leg so I fell over in to some horse sh!t - I was not best pleased. Goat curry, anyone?- 4 replies

What is green, has 4 legs, 22 balls, and can kill you if it falls onto you out of a tree? A snooker table.

Hmmmm.... "It revealed 19 out of 20 samples were found to contain “analogue cheese” - an artificial cheesy substance that is much quicker and cheaper to produce than real cheese". I think there's some erroneous letters there - 'ogue' - that would fit then what some companies put on their pizzas.....

I had a chance to try a pair on last month - my brother-in-law works in the states a lot and was given a pair by his employer.... :-( I was hooked and after previously thinking it would be stupid and useless to own as I already have a smartphone in my pocket that does stuff the same, I'm a convert. But £1k is far too much. The buying price for me would be £299 max.

Hi, We have an Apple MAC suite (27 iMACS) / servers (2) integrated in to AD but this summer we're having them separate. We need a contractor to come in and set it all up for us, so if anyone does this or can recommend a company please PM me! Thank you.

RIP Rik. You were brilliant as Kevin Turvey in A Kick Up The Eighties. Comedy gold.

If you do a Google search for Jenny McIlveen you get some possible matches - FaceBook, etc - might be worth following up.

A colleague here had a similar exercise last year - uni reunion, tracking long lost friends down, etc. He could find all his friends except one - just came up blank with everything, until we did a search for him and found a story on a newspaper website that revealed he was currently enjoying an extended holiday at her majesty's pleasure - whoops!

Ah, Doom....(goes all misty-eyed). -
We had a problem with an abusive account just recently - it was pretty straightforward to track the perpetrator down (an ex-student) and the Police are involved due to the nature of some of the comments made. Twitter were useless in terms of being able to contact them and get the account closed. Thankfully for us the perpetrator realised how serious it all was and closed the account themselves in an attempt to throw us off the scent but by then it was too late. Get screenshots of everything as evidence. In our case during the incident, the perpetrator was at times tweeting comments, then deleting them minutes later but we managed to get screenshots of virtually everything as evidence.
